I have a passion for exciting materials and vintage finds. The ingredients for the Paloma jewelry collection come from far and wide, often one-of-a-kind never-to-be-replaced serendipitous finds. I craft them lovingly in my apartment in Toronto into the of-the-minute, inspiring, bold designs you see here!

Thanks for checking out our shop! We are 4 sisters designing and making jewelry together just for you. We are inspired by fashion, travel, and each other!

Please read on for some general info, but don't hesitate to get in touch with any questions or with your ideas for a custom design! We are happy to work with our own or your sent in materials.

Payment
HOW TO PAY
You can pay by credit, debit, PayPal or cheque. We require receipt of payment prior to producing and shipping your item. This would include any electronic transmission or posting time for your payment to be received and fully cleared.

Note that you do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal - You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout, and after you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

ISSUES?
Please get in touch via Etsy or through our website at www.ilovepaloma.com if you are having any issues with your payment and we will be more than happy to help sort it out!

NON-PAYMENT
If you reserve an item and we do not receive confirmation of payment or email contact from you within 3 days, we will consider the item not purchased and will return it to the market.
Shipping
PACKAGING
Our items are shipped in a Paloma-brand-stamped paper gift bag with sparkle confetti tissue paper. We are happy to ship to a gift recipient's address and include a nicely hand-written personal gift message - just include any special requests in your purchasing message!

SHIPPING COMPANY AND TYPE
We currently ship with Canada Post Priority Shipping. We are happy to provide faster shipping or insurance for an extra charge - please get in touch to let us know how we can make it work for you!

SHIPPING ADDRESSES
If you pay via PayPal and the address you provide on Etsy is different from the address on PayPal, please be aware that we will ship to the ADDRESS YOU PROVIDE ON ETSY. We assume that this is the most up-to-date address as you entered it at the time of purchase!
If you would like your item to be shipped to someone else as a gift, please clearly provide the name and address of your recipient, and any special message we can send along with the gift, in your purchasing message!

SHIPPING TIMES
Please be aware that we cannot account for any shipping delays. We do our best to speed along your product to you, but in the end all we can do is cross our fingers and hope to heck that Mr. Postman is quick on his feet! :)

Please LET US KNOW if you require your item to arrive by a certain date and we can arrange for a special COURIER service! Get in touch to arrange this and to get more information on cost.

With our standard shipping:

In Canada - approx 3-4 business days
In the USA - approx 5 business days
Elsewhere - approx 10 business days

NOTE: When crossing into other countries, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks! This does not happen often but it can happen. It is better to forewarn you about this possible set-back as we unfortunately have no control over it.
Refunds and Exchanges
We hope that you love your purchase from Paloma and that you will wear it lovingly forever!

In the event of breakage from normal wear, we are happy to offer FREE REPAIRS for any of your pieces. We ask that you:
1.) get in touch with us as soon as breakage occurs, and send photos with a description of the issue with your piece
2.) send us a self-addressed package along with your broken piece so that we can send your item back to you

The free repair policy is at our discretion and must be confirmed by us before you send your piece back.

In the event that you change your mind and would like to exchange your piece, we ask that you send us a self-addressed package so that we can send you the exchange efficiently. We do not currently offer refunds. Please take the time to read our item descriptions and policies, as well as get in touch with any questions, before making your purchase to make sure you are purchasing seriously.

We make every effort to package our products extra-cushiony for the post, and cannot be accountable for any damage or loss caused by the postage service. Insurance is available for a small extra fee at your request - please get in touch for details!
