The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Customer satisfaction is my primary goal, I will except returned items and issue full refunds less original shipping price paid for a period of 10 days after delivery. Item must be returned in original as sold condition. Refunds are issued after SELLER has received item and has inspected the items condition. Return shipping costs are buyers responsibility. SALES ARE FINAL ON CUSTOM ORDERS AND ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR REFUND.


For damaged items it is the BUYERS responsibility to inspect and photograph any damage before, during and after opening your package. Please send me a photo of the damaged item to us by through Etsy. A photo of the damage is sometimes required for us to file a claim with the shipper. I will send a replacement ASAP. BUYER should retain all original packaging. SELLER will initiate the claims process.

Refunds on damaged items are handled on a case by case basis dependent upon individual circumstances and conditions. iSTICKerTHAT is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.

Basic shipping rate is USPS priority mail, transit time is average of 2-3 days. If you select express, that is an overnight service. If you do select Express, this does not change the processing time, just the speed of delivery. Please contact me if you need to receive your order sooner than estimated.

Shipping Costs
Because we use solid, high quality wood and because of the way Etsy calculates shipping, shipping to you can seem pricey! Please know that we do NOT make a profit on shipping, and if you end up overpaying in shipping costs, we'll always refund the difference after we ship an order.

Ordering a Gift
I am happy to include a gift note in the package, just message me how you would like the note to read. I do not include packing slips or receipts in the package, so if you would like to know who its from I'd be happy to do it!

International Shipping
I am happy to ship all over the world! Shipping rates are based on the weight of the sign and the destination. Please keep in mind that some countries will charge additional taxes and fees such as custom duty and import VAT. Buyer is responsible for these fees and unfortunately I am unable to predict the amount of these fees, and if they will be required. I am not responsible for delay in shipping due to customs
Every item you see is handmade by me. Since I make everything from start to finish, it does take more time. Quality is my most important goal, and will not rush orders if items do not meet my high standards.
Items usually take 2-3 weeks to process.The current processing time is 2-3 weeks. If needing something for a specific time please contact me prior to ordering and I will try to accommodate your request!
