Welcome and pleased to meet you. We are h u n t e r g a t h e r e r . A husband and wife team hailing from the shores of New Zealand. I ( Gem ) work with paper material and other nifty things, while my husband ( nathaniel ) works with wood and metal. All lovely things are completely handmade in our home. We have a great love for working with discarded things. Taking something that was once meaningful to one person and recreating it for someone new to love. We believe strongly in re-using the resources of our world and enjoy the process of being hunter gatherers.

Thank you so much for taking the time to look at our nice little things and we hope your purchase will be loved, cherished and become something to treasure.

Payment
We accept PayPal on all our items.

If you live locally( Auckland ), we will also accept cash in person, or if you live nationally ( New Zealand ) we accept bank transfers.

We will wait 3 days for payment confirmation. If we do not receive payment confirmation within 3 days (or communication from you), we will re-list the item. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any question or concern, we want to work with you as much as we can (within reason...).

If you desire to cancel your purchase with us, please contact us as soon as possible. If the item has already been sent and is in transit, we will require you to pay to ship the item back to us.
Shipping
Any additional brokerage/customs charges are your responsibility.

Every piece will be packaged to travel well in order to arrive to you in good condition. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods via the mail system, but will do our best to ensure your item arrives to you the way it left us.

If you require your item in a hurry, or would prefer 'Priority' delivery, please let us know so that we can email you the updated pricing in accordance to your wishes. We use express courier.

We will ship internationally using air mail if you don't mind the wait! If you do require quicker delivery, contact us, and we will email you the options. Any additional charges due to customs, etc. are your responsibility to pay.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase on arrival, we will gladly refund your money back to you within 7 days of you receiving your item. Please notify us as soon as possible.

We can also discuss exchanging the item for something else of equal or lesser value. You will however, be required to pay the shipping required to return the item back to us.

As previously stated, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items due to the mail system.

We cannot take back any worn items due to hygienic reasons.

If you live locally, items can be returned or exchanged in person within 7 days of purchasing the item. Please contact us to discuss an arranged time and place.
