Hello and welcome,
I’ve brought in reinforcements! By enlisting the help of my friends we now have an official customer service team! Getting them up to speed has caused a back-up in the customer service queue. Our email response time has been less than stellar ☹ but we are working hard to get back to a 1-day turn around for communication and 3-5 days for order delivery.
