My sister loves the gift for her daughter and will be framing it. Shipping took a while due to weather issues. I had to contact the owner and ask about why the item had not shipped in the allotted time. She responded very quickly and apologized for the shipping delay. :-)

Jenn was great to work with! She created an amazing print using all of the words/phrases I asked for and even added pictures I sent her. Turnover time was a little slow due to Father's Day prints in higher demand, but the final print was great! We ran into a little issue with the USPS and a destroyed tube it came in, but Jenn happily sent a replacement immediately!
