I received a compliment about these lovely earrings within the first hour of wearing them. They're stunning, and one of my new favorites. Thank you!

About

You are unique and people must know it!

Hi! We are Emmanuelle and Harry and we are the owners and silversmiths of Iatzil shop.

Emmanuelle started to take silversmith lessons in 2010 and learned traditional Mexican techniques. She is making her own sterling silver wires and sheets for all of her jewelry. No big firm involved in the making of her material. She always makes curious littles pieces of jewelry and has a lot of imagination.
She studied languages at university and once she got her diploma, she went to travel the world and work in different countries: United Kingdom, Spain, Hong Kong, and Mexico. She finally settled down and left the teaching area for the silversmith passion.

Harry has a PhD in Archeology. He specializes in Pre hispanic designs for the shop and is also a specialist in Zapotec, Aztec, Mayan civilizations and ceramics. He makes the so unique etching designs for the shop. He spent a lot of time on excavations in France and in Mexico. He is now dividing his time between the workshop and his history passion.

We make all our pieces from A to Z, from the design, to making the wires and sheets and to the final jewel in our shop. We are in the South of Mexico, such a beautiful country.
We are inspired by our French cultural background but also by our different travels. Emmanuelle lived several years in Asia and other parts of the world, and Harry spent a lot of time in Paris for his studies.

We are proud to work from home and to be able to sustain our new little family this way. Thank you for trusting in our work and for visiting our shop.

X.

Manu also opened a new shop where you will find little cute creatures she makes with other materials than metal:

Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it so much!
Refunds and Exchanges
Welcome to my shop.

Exchanges and Refunds:

As each sale is different, if there is a problem, it will be treated individually. Thank you for contacting me as soon as your receive your package in order to settle it all.

In case it is decided that the item you have purchased must be returned for an exchange if there is a defect, the original item must be returned unworn and in original condition. Thanks for telling me about the reception of the object and the new piece will be sent once I have received the original piece. The return cost is the responsability of the buyer.

If we decide that the best solution is to make a refund, it will take place once I will receive the item back.

In both cases, the exchange or refund will not occur if the piece is lost, damaged in transit or has no confirmation of shipment.

If you receive your package and that your item has been stolen by the post office agents, I will not be held responsible for such robbery. You have to go and complain directly to your local post office which will deal with the concerned persons. I cannot be held responsible for the acts of dishonesty of someone else.

The buyer is responsible for custom fees.

I try to describe my items as best as I can and as exactly as possible. Each listing contains photos taken from different angles so that you can see the whole piece and appreciate my work on the the item. I also include a photo of the item in my hand or on a model, as well as sizes and measures in my description. You can then check the proportion of the piece you can see in my shop. My pictures are accurate in colors .. For all these reasons, I do not take returns or exchanges on items because of scale, or color.I cannot be held responsible for the variations of colors on computer screens.

Rings: please, rings cannot be resized so make sure you order your right size.

(ps: if you have any questions about a piece, contact me before the purchase).
Even though I am comprehensive and willing to help, all what I mentioned before will be my final decision.
Please, note that refunds and returns are not valid on custom orders.
