ibleedheART - The Story Behind The Name

The name ibleedheART was created from the realization that everything that I do revolves around Art as if Art runs through my veins.

Art is my escape.
It keeps me going.
Art is my passion.
It is what I want and need to do!

I grew up creating, graduated with an Art Degree, and have been finding ways to be artistic ever since graduating; whether it's having a henna booth at an arts festival, taking artistic photos around town, or doodling on a pair of TOMS, creating a beautiful piece of pottery, or painting a picture.

I started this shop in 2012 after painting on some shoes for a coworker and continued custom painting shoes until 2018. Any remaining shoes in the shop is inventory I had on hand from in person shows, so there's a limited supply. Now my main focus is on embroidery thread earrings and crepe paper flowers. During the Christmas season, you'll also find ornaments made from paper or wood slices!

Thank you for taking an interest in my art! Please feel free to message me with any questions or concerns and I will be happy to answer them as best I can and as soon as I can. Typical response time is within 12hrs, but usually right away.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Shoe orders and custom flower creations are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Please note that TOMS can sometimes be inconsistent, so it is best to try on a pair of TOMS before the order is placed. Because the canvas will stretch with wear, I suggest purchasing a half size smaller than usual. They will feel a little tight for the first few wears, but should become quite comfortable as they stretch.

Earrings
Should any issues arise with your earrings, please contact me within 30 days of receiving your order and provide a photo of damage before returning the item(s). A refund will be given minus shipping cost once the item has been returned. Refunds will not be given due to improper care (please avoid water), and/or after the 30 days has passed.
Earrings will NOT be resold, due to sanitary reasons.
Payment
Payment must be received before the order will be processed and shipped. Acceptable forms of payment are all major credit cards and PayPal. As a shop owner, I will never see any of your payment information other than your name and address, and will never ask for it for any reason. Your name and address will never be used for anything other than for mailing your order to you.

Taxes and shipping will be calculated and added at checkout.

For buyers outside of the U.S.A., any additional taxes, customs fees, and/or VAT taxes are not collected at the time of purchase and are the buyer's responsibility if they are required by your country. Please be aware of the cost before you purchase.

Cancellations may take place if seller notifies the buyer with a question and no response is given after 4 weeks and all possible forms of contact have been exhausted. Cancellations may also take place in the event of "non-payment", though adequate time will be given before any cancellation takes place.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped via USPS the day after the product is finished to allow the design to completely dry.

Within the U.S.A., your order should arrive within 1-5 days after the order has been completed, depending on the shipping method, time of year and weather conditions. A tracking number will be provided to you at the time of shipping. Busy seasons, such as around Christmas, may take longer for USPS to deliver your package. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
International orders can take 10-30 days depending on your location, shipping method you select, and customs processing times which can vary. Tracking numbers do not update for all locations once the package leaves the USA.

If you wish to upgrade your shipping for faster delivery, please do so by selecting the desired option at checkout. 
If you are outside of the United States, please note that customs fees and VAT taxes are not included in the sale price and will be the buyer's responsibility if they are required by your country. Please be aware of the cost before you purchase.

Shipping cost includes the packing materials that are used for safe shipping; shipping labels, paper, tape, poly mailers, etc.
