Welcome to icandyinvitaions! We have several existing designs to choose from, but we welcome special requests for custom orders!

Custom Orders
Like an existing design, but would like to have it in another color? Want a custom design created to suit your event or theme? No problem! Send us your ideas at icandyinvitaions [!at] gmail.com. We would love to create a custom design just for you!

A 50% deposit is required for all custom orders. Once style is agreed upon, a custom listing will be created for your deposit. The remainder of the balance will be paid before your order ships.

We will always send a proof to the customer before processing any order. Work will not begin until the customer has approved the proof. If you are unhappy with the proof, we will make new proofs until you are satisfied.

Proofs will be sent to the customer via email within 48 hours of the order or request being placed.

Lead Times
It is always our goal to get orders shipped as soon as possible. However, we will always put the needed time into every order to ensure that the customer is happy with the final product. All invitions are hand assembled with care, so lead times vary, depending on the size of the order.

Minimum Order
For standard designs there is a minimum order quantity of 10 invitations.

For custom designs there is a minimum order quantity of 20 invitations.

Returns and exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds and exchanges will not be given.

However, your satsifaction is very important to us. No order will be processed unless a proof is approved by the customer.
Payment is accepted via paypal, check, or money order. In the case of check or money order, no order will be shipped until it is recieved by icandyinvitations and cleared at the bank.

If paypal payment is not recieved within 48 hours of placing the order, the order will be cancelled and the item will be relisted. More time will be given on payments being made by check or money order.
Standard shipping is done via the USPS. Expedited shipping is available on request for an additional charge.

icandyinvitations is not responsible for shipments lost by the post office. However, we will always provide a tracking number to ensure the safe delivery of your order.
