Payment is expected at the time of purchase. Items will only be shipped once payment has been received.

Payments can be made using Direct Checkout, PayPal or Etsy Gift Cards. Please be aware that all Etsy payments are not instantaneous and can take 3-5 working days to clear. This includes payment made via PayPal, which then goes via Etsy Payments. This additional step will therefore affect the delivery time of orders.

If you need more time to complete payment, you should contact me before purchasing and should consider reserving the item (see below).

If you are making multiple purchases within a 7 day period, please reserve the items and I will advise you of the combined postage costs.

Failure to make payment may result in the sale being cancelled and the item being re-listed.

The price listed is my best price and no further reduction is possible.


RESERVING ITEMS

If you wish to make arrangements to reserve an item, please e-mail / convo me with your request. Items will be listed as 'RESERVED' for a maximum period of 7 days.

Upon receiving your confirmed payment, I will send you a message through Etsy to confirm your order, your address and the date of shipment.

Everything is packed securely and protected as much as is practical. If you have specific requirements, please request shipping upgrades at the time of purchase & prior to payment. The shipping price will then be adjusted to reflect any additional costs.

Proof of postage will transfer responsibility for the goods to the Customer and you are advised to consult the Royal Mail's statements (http://www.royalmail.com/portal/rm) with respect to insurance, etc. Loss and damage to the goods in transit is at the Customer’s risk.

While I aim to despatch within 3-5 days, I cannot guarantee delivery times which are in the hands of the postal services. You should note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods (e,g, during Christmas holidays).

I would advise all Customers to upgrade their shipping to include insurance in the event an item is either lost or damaged. If you require this option please confirm your requirements before purchasing and I will provide you with the additional costs incurred.


CUSTOMS DECLARATION

All items will be packaged and labelled (with a customs sticker when items are leaving the UK) as 'CRAFT SUPPLIES' with the value paid for the item(s) as the value of the goods.
Shipping documents will not be falsified by declaring false values, providing false descriptions, gift declarations, etc, so please do not ask.
Customers must bear any customs duty, VAT and/or any other charges made in their respective countries.


POSTAGE PRICES

Interested in getting more than one item? Please convo me for combined shipping charges, which will be more advantageous depending on the number of items you purchase.

I offer Special Delivery postage rates as standard for all my items. Among the benefits of these services are a more secure delivery and your added peace of mind, as for most countries you will be able to track the progress of your order online.

[A] DELIVERIES WITHIN THE UK

For Customers with UK delivery addresses:
Delivery to addresses within the UK is via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed service. My postage and packing fee for addresses in the UK is $7.00 for the first item. Please contact me for the combined shipping cost if you are planning to purchase several items in the same transaction.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed allows online tracking and electronic proof of delivery, with guaranteed delivery before 13:00.

[B] DELIVERIES OVERSEAS

I will always use the most secure postal delivery method that is applicable to your country. Some of these services may include insurance - please convo me if you have any questions.

Where the service is in operation, international orders will be sent via the Royal Mail's International Tracked & Signed service. Postage and packing fees for addresses outside the UK are at $9.00 for the first item. Please contact me for the combined shipping cost if you are planning to purchase several items in the same transaction.

The Royal Mail's International Tracked & Signed service is available to selected destinations. It can only be operated to those countries with the necessary systems and infrastructure to support the product’s Track & Trace requirements; this enables you to follow the status of your delivery online.

As the International Tracked & Signed service evolves, the list of participating countries benefiting is continually subject to change. If the International Tracked & Signed service does not operate your country, then I will use either the International Tracked or International Signed service, depending on the availability within your country.

Due to recurring postal problems in certain countries, I reserve the right not to offer the Royal Mail's services and instead use a private courier service for these countries. Please convo before purchasing if you have any questions, as this will affect the price of postage.

Shipping time to countries outside the UK may take longer, depending on the country of delivery.

Delivery Address: I only post to the address supplied by Etsy; please ensure this is correct before payment. Responsibility for wrong or undeliverable addresses will lie with the customer.

PACKAGING

All of my gemstones are individually wrapped then posted in padded envelopes or sturdy boxes. In the interests of the environment, some of the packaging material may be recycled.
