Sizing details
Sizing details are completed by laying items flat and measuring as needed. I try to provide as much sizing detail and information about garment ease as possible so you can figure out if the fit will be comfortable. If you have further questions about an item's sizing, please contact me, and we'll work it out.
Custom and personalized orders
If you see something you like, but it's not quite right for you, please contact me, and we'll see about a custom order. Custom orders may cost more depending on materials and cannot be returned.
Care instructions
When needed, care instructions are included in the listing and will also be sent along with the item.
How often do you update your inventory?
Inventory is updated as new items are completed.
How does sizing work if I order an item (like a jacket) for a custom fit?
I'll send you a chart that shows the measurements I need. You'll do the measuring and send the info back to me, and I'll get to work! If you want a loose fit, just let me know, and I can work from your numbers to get that done for you.
I have fiber allergies. Can you work with that?
Sure can! If you've got a fiber allergy, let me know, and I'll do the leg work to find a yarn that will get a similar result and not make you itchy! I will do my best to keep the price the same, but if there needs to be an adjustment because the replacement yarn costs noticeably more, I'll let you know before I buy.
I need an item by an exact date, but your lead time is too long! Can you work with me?
I can, but a rush fee will be added to the order, and I will expect you to be available to answer questions very quickly.
