All ring sizes stated are US ring sizes. If you do not know your ring size, please go to a jewelry counter in a department store or purchase a ring sizer to get an accurate ring size.

No, buyers are still required to make payment for all import taxes and custom duties that can be levied on each package from time to time.

"Local taxes are included (where applicable)" is solely a construct of Etsy and does not in any way represent for or on our behalf that import taxes / customs duties have been paid on your behalf in any way.

Depending on your postal service, etsy can offer either partial (up to the point the package arrives in your country) or full (showing the movement of the package within your country). This is how you can access that information.

1. Sign in to your etsy account.
2. Click on "You"
3. Click on "Purchases and Reviews"
4. Locate the relevant purchase, click on "View Receipt" on the right of the purchase listing
5. Scroll down and look for a line in grey that states "Shipped on MMDDYY with Singapore Post" and on the right is a tracking number starting with R and ending with SG.
6. Click on the link and all the relevant information will show up.

Every piece of jewelry is custom made, and no returns will be accepted unless a wrong item has been shipped. Perceived differences in color due to monitor or smart phone screen calibrations do not constitute wrong items.

Refunds for non delivery will be issued when the package is officially declared as lost by the postal service, not before. Please note that this can take 60 days or more. Please bear this in mind when you are placing an order.

We will assist in tracking, but under the Universal Postal Regulations, your postal service is given at least 60 days to give a reply.

Refunds for returns will be given when the item is actually received. Please note that in any event, the refund shall not exceed the original item price.

We ship using Registered Airmail from Singapore. A tracking number is provided. See "How do I track my order?" FAQ above for full instructions to locate your tracking number.

Please note that the tracking number shows when your parcel had been shipped and had left Singapore and when it reaches your country. As the final delivery is made by your country's postal system, online tracking updates is optional by them.

The fastest way to check is to call your postal service with the tracking number or open a case with them. If we initiate the tracking, your post office is given upwards of 60 business days to respond and there is nothing we can do in the interim.
