5 out of 5 starsIdentity Tank custom made my lampshades exactly to order in a timely manner. There was a snafoo with shipping that caused the first batch to arrive damaged - thanks UPS! However, Identity Tank quickly resolved the issue with UPS AND more importantly, quickly replaced my lampshades, hand-packed by them to ensure no damage would occur during shipping and I am happy to report - the lampshades are now proudly displayed in my living room. They're gorgeous and Identity Tank handled the entire transaction with great integrity, friendliness and expediency. I highly recommend this vendor!!

Our small collective is located in and around NYC, creating various products by hand for you. We have a passion for traveling, photography, drawing and art making.
Much of our current products are based on hand rendered drawing created on location in and around New York City.

Returns and exchanges
If you are displeased with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receipt with a detailed explanation, and we will work something out.
Payment
Payment is required via Paypal (in US dollars) at time of purchase; if you need more time for some reason, please convo me. I'm quite reasonable! Otherwise, Etsy policies allow me to cancel a sale and re-list the item after 3 days of non-payment.
Shipping
SOME ORDERS TAKE UP TO 3 WEEKS TO PROCESS TO TO THE EMULSION PRINTING PROCESS!!!
Please make sure your Paypal address is up-to-date and the same as your Etsy address, so I ship to the correct location!
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
* Orders traveling within the U.S. will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail, usually 1-2 days after payment has cleared.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
* International shipments go out once or twice a week via USPS Fist Class Mail. Due to customs and security, shipments can take up to several weeks (occasionally longer!) to arrive to you. Please be patient!
* Please be aware that any customs fees or duties that may apply in your location are NOT covered in the shipping costs. Parcels will be marked with the retail value of your items.
INSURANCE
To keep shipping costs low, no insurance is included in the basic rates. If you want insurance to cover loss or damage (in the U.S. or Internationally) please convo me BEFORE completing the Paypal payment transaction, and I will send you a revised invoice.
Tiles are carefully packaged in padded mailers for protection.
