Made me aware of a crack in the teapot & I can’t even see it would never had known it was there lol, but was grateful they told me. Shipping was quick & safe. Definitely recommend. 5 out of 5 starsGreat piece with fast shipping, but the packaging was difficult to get through and I was left with a huge mess of styrofoam shards and little bits everywhere. Recyclable packaging materials would have been preferred.
