Exchanges and/or refunds will be honored within 15 days of product being received.
Exchanges are of a product of equel or lesser value.
Refund will = original items purchase price and original shipping price, will not include refund of Cost for customer to RETURN the item. See Additional information for return & refund policy details. All items are sent Delivery confirmation to ensure guidlines are being met.

Priority Flat rate-Small box, or First Class un 1 lb
Anything larger will have to be figured after the fact and
a new bill will be sent via Paypal.com / email to request more shipping

PERSONAL CHECK (must clear our bank, usually takes no longer than 7 days, before the product is shipped to you.)
MONEY ORDER (Ships with in 3 days of receiving the check) and PAYPAL.COM (ships with in 3 days of receiving completed/cleared payment)

Return & Refund policy
In order to return for exhange or refund.

1. product must be returned in original packaging, send along with it a copy of the order form: write on it somewhere, Why you are returning the product, what you wish in return (exchange or refund) if exchanging. Be sure to write down 3 possible exchange product options in order of importance to you, (this is incase the first item chosen has been sold before the original product has been returned to us)

2. Once we have received the product back, we will inspect for damage that was not concurrent of when we sent it out the first time, and to see if your complaint / reason for return matches the product. If it passes our inspection, we will continue on with Refund / exchange of product.

REFUND will be issued depending on form of payment. Personal check and Money order payments will recieve a money order in return. Paypal payments will receive paypal refund in return.
