Shop policies

The turnaround for custom diapers is up to 3 weeks. The turnaround for custom drool pads and bibs is 1 week. If you need an item sooner, please contact me, I may be able to accommodate you. Ready to ship items will be mailed out in 1-2 business days. I do not ship or start on custom orders until payment has been received.

*All items are made in a pet friendly home.

Payment
I accept paypal and credit card payments through Etsy. If payment is made with an echeck, I do not ship until payment has cleared.
Shipping
Shipping: All items are shipped via USPS - First Class Mail or Priority with insurance. Any additional shipping services is at your expense. I will ship to your default paypal address. Please be sure your paypal address is correct. I am not responsible for incorrect paypal addresses.

I will ship Internationally to those that accept paypal. I ship via USPS - First Class Mail International. The customer is responsible for all fees. This includes custom taxes and duties. Any additional shipping service is at your expense. Insurance is added to all International orders.

I am not responsible for any lost or damaged items by the post office. Once your item leaves my hands I can not be held responsible. Though, all items shipped are covered by USPS insurance.

Insurance is added to the listed shipping charges. This is why my shipping fees are $1 higher than others.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refund/Exchanges: I have a 20 day return policy on all unused, unwashed items. Pictures must be shown before returning. The 20 days start from when items is received which I will note by USPS tracking information. You are responsible for shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable.


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase after said 20 days, please contact me. A refund may be issued at my discretion. Postage is non-refundable. A refund will not be given until item has been returned to me.

Please contact me if you should have any issues after the first year. I am always happy to help. Depending on the work, fees will be charged. You are responsible for shipping charges.
Additional policies and FAQs
Warranty:
-All snaps and elastic have a year warranty starting from purchase date. This means I will fix any elastic and snap issues for free.
-All first quality items come with a 90 day warranty for sewing defects. Sewing defects covered are seams coming apart and sewing errors. This does not include seconds or as-is items.
-Fabrics listed at light weight are not covered in the sewing defect warranty. There is always an exception.
-Fading, piling and normal wear and tear is not covered by warranty.
-Washing items with bleach, sanitize cycle, or boiling will void the warranty
**You are responsible for shipping charges to me for repairs needed to be made, I will cover shipping charges back to you.

***As-is or Second Quality items only come with a snap and elastic warranty. Most of these items have sewing flaws, which is not covered by warranty. The snap and elastic warranty is for 6 months starting from purchase date. I will fix for free, but you are responsible for shipping charges to me. I will pay for shipping charges back to you.



Feedback is extremely important to me. I take pride in my work and customer service. There is always room for improvement and feedback is the only way I know where improvements need to be made. Please contact me first before leaving any critical feedback (store feedback, forums, Facebook, etc). I would like to be given the opportunity to fix any issues before being made public. I want all my customers to have a positive experience working with me.
