Welcome to I Invite You!

We make personalized stationery with amazing Mexican inspired designs, in our small office/workshop located in the heart of the state of Jalisco, Mexico.

Since 2015, this family has became the way to share our passion with people around the world celebrating their life, love and happiness.

Our work focuses on expressing joy through the beauty of traditional Mexican craftwork, using our colors, shapes and forms as a language. We take inspiration from everything around us, our food, our music, our art and our landscapes, all of them are fused in our designs.

We carefully craft and put all our passion in each piece to guarantee its exceptional quality and beauty, as they are aimed to carry your special messages in a unique way.

All our sales are final. There is a 24 hours period on weekdays or until the next business day on weekends to cancel or modify your order.

Additional policies and FAQs

DESIGN PERSONALIZATION

All text, fonts and colors are customizable at no additional fee, including 1-3 rounds of minor changes. Excessive changes to the art and proofing that goes beyond 3 rounds of amends will generate a charge of $35 USD design fee per hour.

COLOR VARIATIONS

Please be aware that different screens might display colors differently. If you want to be 100% sure of the exact colors of our products, we encourage you to get a sample pack before placing your full order. Color variations are not considered a reason for product exchange.

TAXES

All local Mexican taxes are included in our fees and prices. Clients are responsible for customs and other local taxes that might apply in their countries.

MINIMUM QUANTITIES

We have set a minimum quantity for each product in order to be able to cover all our costs. Before ordering, please confirm your order meets the minimum quantity described in the listing.

For orders of fewer units, we have set special listings with small quantity prices. Please refer directly to those listings or contact us to get a personalized quote.

SHIPPING ISSUES

Prior to the shipping, we will make sure to pack your order very carefully so it will travel safely. If you notice any damages when the package arrives to you, the mail carrier will take the responsibility for the issue. We will assist you to submit a claim and will do all in our hands to help you to solve the problem. In cases like this, it is very important to keep everything as it arrived. The mail carrier might need to collect it as evidence for the claim.

In some countries, mail carriers require a person to receive the package, otherwise they won't deliver it and will leave a notice instead. If you fail to respond to that notice the package may be sent back. So please keep track of your mail. Unfortunately we have no control over packages after they leave the post office.

ADVICES

Although the production process takes less than two weeks, we recommend all our customers to order their products 1-2 months prior to the event to avoid any issues.

Frequently asked questions

Where should I write the information to personalize my cards and/or papel picado?

In the listing, there is a text box for you to write the details for the personalization of your products. Feel free to include your notes and special requests there too. If any information is missing or if we have questions, we will always contact you.

Would I be able to see digital proofs before the cards are made?

Of course, we will send you digital proofs for your approval and will start the production only when it is all approved. 1 - 2 rounds of minor changes are included with your purchase.

Is it possible to change the colors on the designs?

Of course! We can change colors and do small edits on our designs according to your needs. There’s no extra charge for this on orders over 60 units of the same item. A design fee might apply for smaller quantities and for complex requests.

Can the wedding invitation designs be adapted for different events?

Absolutely! They can be used for any type of event, birthday parties, bridal showers, quinceañeras, dinners, galas, etc. We have even adapted them for Bar mitzvahs.

Can the text be in more than one language?

Yes it can! Most of the time we suggest doing separate versions for each language, so the cards won't look too crowded. We allow 2 different languages on orders over 60 units of the same item. A design fee will apply for smaller quantities.

The most common languages we work with are Spanish, English and French, but we can do any other languages as long as you provide the wording.

Are sample packages personalized?

The purpose of the sample packages is allowing you to experience the manufacturing quality and materials of our products. The samples will come with the same information as shown in the pictures. Personalization is only included on orders over the minimum quantity specified for each product (40 units in most cases).

Are digital versions of the designs available?

At the moment, we only offer digital versions of our cards designs: Papel Picado and Talavera. We politely decline requests for digital versions of our other cards designs and papel picado flags.

When can I expect to receive my order?

We will send you a confirmation message with the estimated delivery dates within 24 hours after we receive your order (next business day on weekends and holidays). If you need it sooner than the dates we give you, it is possible to upgrade your shipping option while we are still processing your order.

Please feel free to contact us if you need to know the estimated delivery dates prior ordering. We will be more than happy to give you the detailed turnaround and delivery times.
