i invite you

A couple of years ago, a friend of mine asked me if I wanted to design and produce her wedding invitations. I have loved crafting since I have memory, and my son who is a graphic designer has always had a big passion for design. So we said yes and… since then we haven’t stopped!

We formally started our business in the summer of 2013, and happily opened the doors of our little workshop in January 2014.

I invite you is now our online proposal to bring to you our line of handmade invitations, cards, wedding stationery and lovely paper goods.

What inspire us?

Inspiration is everywhere. In everything around us and inside us.

As we are originally from Guadalajara, Mexico, we proudly integrate elements from the Mexican traditions in in some of our designs, but also our vision of the world and its beauty.

What inspire us?

Inspiration is everywhere. In everything around us and inside us.

As we are originally from Guadalajara, Mexico, we proudly integrate elements from the Mexican traditions in in some of our designs, but also our vision of the world and its beauty.

We are passionate about paper, in all its forms, and textures. We take a special care in all our production processes and crafting, without forgetting any detail.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
Above all we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase with us so be assured we will do our best to deliver the highest quality products. But, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, send us a message and we will suggest you a solution or give you a refund.

If finally a refund is agreed, we will need you to send us back the products you want to return (please note you’ll have to cover the shipping expenses). A refund fee of the 30% of the total purchase might be charged depending of the case. There are not refunds in custom design pieces, taxes and shipping expenses.

- Color variations

As much as we try to capture real colors in our pictures, the different displays or screens may change how these look like. If you want to see how it really looks like after printing, you can always order a sample and verify that the colors will be exactly as you want them. Also, please note we use water color and other illustration techniques in our designs, so the colors and tones may vary.

- Shipping issues

Prior to the shipping we will take care that all the pieces of your order are carefully packed so anything happens during the transport. If the package arrives to you and it’s not in good conditions the shipping company will be responsible for that costs, not us. However, if anything happens after we ship it, please contact us and we will help as much as we can to solve any issues.
Payment
All payments are only processed safely through paypal, which includes all major credit cards.

You can purchase one or more of our listings to receive a sample of the stationery displayed in the listing, or send us an Esty message to do any question you may have regarding any pieces of stationery. We have special prices for large orders and for full suite packages.

All sales are final. There is a 24 hours period to cancel or modify your order.

Orders are processed and production times start upon receipt of full payment. If you have any problems with payment on Etsy, feel free to contact us and we'll do our best to sort things out!

At the moment Etsy don´t allow Mexican shops to accept direct checkout or gift cards. We hope this situation will change as soon as possible!
Shipping
We send our invitations through Correos de México: http://www.sepomex.gob.mx .
Costs depend of the size and weight of your package.

The estimated timing of delivery dependes on your location and the shipping service of your choice:

- We ship most our packages through UPS. The delivery times are 3-4 business days in Mexico, and 4-7 business days in the US or Canada.

- Packages sent with the standard mail service (15-20 business days) are specified in the listing.

- Expedited and express shipping services available upon request.

Additional policies and FAQs
Here’s a general description of our production times and process. We hope this will help you have an idea of when we’ll have your stationery ready to be sent to you.

- First: Get in contact!

Since every event have different needs, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order. Send us an Etsy message or an email telling us everything about your plans, what you dream, when, where and if you have any special needs. We’ll write back answering any questions you may have or if we require further information from you.

Once we work out all of the details of your personalized stationery, we will set up an Etsy listing for you to purchase. The listing will specify your selected design, the quantity you requested, and the details of your order.

- Place your order

Once you purchase your listing, we’ll send you a word document with some questions that will help us to customize your stationery. Answer the questions and please send it back to us.

- Time to design

After getting your answers we’ll start preparing your order. After 1 to 3 days (depending on complexity) we’ll send you a digital portfolio. At this stage it is very important that you check carefully that the layout, spelling, colors, specific set up and wording style are correct. If you have any comments or changes, we will apply them and send back for your review. We include in our pricing up to three rounds of minor amends*.

- Approval

Are you happy with the final proof? If so, we will start with the production process. We’ll ask you to send us a message to confirm that everything is correct, so we can go ahead. This process can take up to 7 working days depending on the size of your order.

-Shipping

You’ll get a message from us as soon as your stationery is ready for shipping.
We go to the post office every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, so after approval your package will never wait for more than 24hrs to be sent. We’ll let you know the estimated date and time of delivery as soon as we can**.

- Taxes

Orders shipping in countries out of Mexico may be subject to custom fees or taxes. Unfortunately our prices can’t cover those charges. Please be aware you’ll be responsible for those costs.

*All text, fonts and colors are customizable at no additional fee. Excessive changes to the art, changes that are beyond the scope of standard text, font or color modifications, or proofing that goes beyond 3 rounds of amends will need to be covered by a $35 fee per hour.

**All packages are sent via registered mail. In some countries a person to receive the package is required in order for the package to be delivered. Otherwise they will leave a notice, if you fail to respond to that notice the package may be sent back. Please keep track of your mail. We have no control over the packages after they leave the post office.

ASSEMBLY

We pack all the pieces separately to ensure you’ll get them in good conditions. Depending on the selected design minor assembling may be needed from you.

PRINTABLE FILES ORDERS

Sorry! We really care about our designs and spend much time on them. Due that we don’t sell any printable versions of them.


MATERIALS

We use 100% post-consumer recycled fiber papers for all our products. In all our production process, all the materials are used in a very conscious way.

MINIMUMS

Please find the minimum order described in each listing.

ADVICES

Although, the production process takes less than two weeks, we recommend all our customers to order their invitations 3 to 4 months prior to the event to avoid any issues.
