The Studio
I’ll Know It When I See It™ is a two-woman show creating sweet + slightly snarky paper goods™ from Vancouver, BC, Canada.
The year “Hollaback Girl” hit #1, we found ourselves as mature students (a.k.a. folks ditching practical degrees for a shot at something more fulfilling) heading back to design school. Ever since, we’ve been two peas in the same creative pod.
While we share a similar design aesthetic + a sarcastic perspective on life, what we don’t share are genes. People ask us all the time if we’re sisters. Hey, Asians don’t all look the same, you know. (We kid... sorta.)
Speaking of DNA, you’ll find that our goods are made up of wit + snark, turning heads with bold + modern designs that are typographically driven. Since sugar is bad for you, we’ve kept the sweetness to a minimum. We like being different (in a non-hipster kind of way) + our moms tell us that’s what makes us special.
If you love to laugh + keep it real, we'll get along just fine.

We chose Bond because they are local (within 10 minutes of our home studios) and have on hand recycled content materials that we want to use. They are not a very large print shop and we enjoy their customer service and attention.

Payment
Your Etsy order is shipped once payment is accepted and cleared. If you've purchased an item from our shop and we haven't received payment within 48 hours and other arrangements haven't been made, then we'll cancel the sale.
Shipping
Untracked means it's going by Canada Post (or USPS) letter mail without a tracking number. Once it leaves our hands + is in the postal system, we have no way of finding out where it is.
Tracked means we're sending it to you using a service that provides a tracking number + an expected delivery date. Once it's in the mail, we'll send you the tracking info so you can monitor its status.
Please keep in mind we ship out of Vancouver, BC. So, if you're on the east coast, expect a longer shipping time.

Canadian orders: 3-10 business days
US orders: 8-24 business days

When your order goes out in the mail, we send a note letting you know + include a tracking number if available.
