2016 Holiday Ordering FAQ

This is the time a lot of people start to order gifts for the holidays. I get tons of messages with questions and custom requests, so I figured I would make a little FAQ list for easy reference!

orders placed after December 10th 2017 that are shipping within the USA will not be guaranteed for Christmas delivery. Please keep this in mind when ordering!
No Guarantee for Christmas Delivery can be made AT ALL for international orders;

-Turn Around Time-

*What is turn around time on glassware after I order?

Turn around time for glassware usually depends on our workload. Generally our glasses take 3-5 days to make.

*Will turn around time be longer the closer we get to the Holidays?

YES absolutely, turn around time will take longer. Usually around Early November turn around time goes from 3-5 days to 5-7 and after Black Friday goes to about a week. We work around the clock (and I mean that closer to Christmas we work something like 20 hour days) to get your orders out ASAP. We will also provide shop updates about our turnaround time so you can see what to expect before you order. You can also message us if you have any questions about it.

*Will all orders be guaranteed for Christmas Delivery?

No, unfortunately we can't make any guarantees for Christmas deliver after a certain order date. We will make a shop announcement for deadlines of ordering for Delivery By Christmas. We usually make this announcement before Black Friday.


*What are shipping times within the USA?

Most order ship priority which is 2-3 days. Some ship first class which is 3-5. All orders come with tracking now. So you can easily see where your order is in transit.

Do keep in mind that tracking usually takes 24-48 hours to update due to holiday influx at the post office, so if you don't see any movement for the first day or 2 after
it has been marked shipped.

*What are times for international dates?

These can get tricky, so as a rule of thumb we say AT LEAST 14 business days. But it can considerably longer depending on your countries customs regulations.

*My Order says it was shipped but the tracking number shows no information?

Some information on shipping/tracking info -
We have a rule, we ONLY make a tracking number/shipping label when your order has been made and is successfully packaged and ready to go. We don't make the label to show it's shipped and then have it not ship for a few days as other sellers do. Once the label is made we take it to the post office within 24 hours (unless we create the label on Saturday, then you would see info on Monday). SOMETIMES the post office won't scan when they take the packages (especially when we drop off 50 packages) so it may take a few days to show up in the system. We had an issue in 2013 where hundreds of packages were delayed, and some stolen. Shipping info was not getting updated for the ones not lost or delayed and it was a nightmare. We no longer deal with that post office branch and have had no issues since.
also to note, if a package is delayed we can't take responsibility for that. BUT we do believe if you pay for a product you get it. So in the case of it being believed stolen we will in most cases replace. the ONLY exception to this is if the tracking shows that the package was "delivered" in the tracking information, in that case we won't replace or refund. But we will work with you to get a claim to usps.

-Custom Orders-

*Can I get a custom order in time for Christmas?

Custom orders take a lot of time, so we can only do them to a certain date. Generally we stop taking custom orders in November. So if you are interested in custom designs or gifts contact us ASAP so we can create them for you.

Below are our store policies, Please keep in mind a purchase from our shop is a binding agreement to the policies below. Please become familiar with them before purchase.

Returns and exchanges
Return Policies are as follows:

Personalized Glassware and Custom items are non refundable/exchangeable.
This includes designs we offer with the additions of names or dates to the glassware

Returns are allowed 3 days after item has been delivered. If you are not sure when the item was delivered check the tracking number provided.

All Holiday, specialty gifts, and laser etched kitchenwares are non refundable or exchangeable.

ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE. This includes the cost for you to ship the glass back to us for a return.\, or if you are returning glassware because of unforeseen custom fees.
We accept Credit Cards, Etsy Gift Cards, Paypal, Money Orders, Checks, E-Checks, and cash. If you are ordering from anywhere other then the US you must send us payment in USD currency.

We will begin processing your order as soon as we receive payment. This means if you are mailing payment, or use an e-check the payment has to not only arrive to us, but also clear before we will begin going into production on your order. We ask if you are mailing payment to let us know when you have mailed it so we can keep an eye out for it. We will let you know when it arrives, and if it needs to clear when it has cleared.

We are also not responsible for any lost payments in the mail, so send it safely!

You have 14 days to pay for an item before it will be re-listed and the transaction cancelled. If any problems arise let us know and we will see if there is anything we can workout.
Increase in shipping rates! The USPS has increased it's rates this year, domestic parcels aren't much higher, but International rates have gone up by at least 60%. We do our best to keep our rates as low as possible, but there isn't much more we can do.

Our Rates:
We ship USPS priority mail/USPS First Class International. These rates recently went up. We are unable to send any other way, and are sorry for the inconvenience.

We ship USPS Priority. Your order usually ships within 3-5 BUSINESS days after payment has been processed, Usually this can be sooner, but during Holiday/Peak season it would be longer. Please keep this time frame in mind when you order. After it ships it is generally 2-3 days to reach you. Our packages DO come with tracking.

We can't give any "guarantee delivery date" because a lot of things can effect shipping times. Weather, holidays, ext. We however will do our best to get your package to you as soon as possible.

International Orders:
We ship USPS airmail This is USUALLY 10-14 business days with no tracking. HOWEVER depending on your countries customs regulations they can take up to 3 MONTHS. We are in no way liable for items that are held up in customs, I'm sorry it is a risk we all take when we order overseas. We can upgrade your shipping to Priority (6-10day with tracking) but once again These times can't be guaranteed with orders being held up in customs.
If you would like to upgrade your parcel to Priority you must let us know before the item has been marked shipped, and the parcel won't be shipped out until the shipping upgrade has been purchased.

-The shipping does NOT cover customs fees. I can't tell you if or how much customs fees may be but they are non refundable. If you want to return your glassware because of that we will accept that, minus the shipping fee. So please keep that in mind.


We are not responsible for delayed/lost packages, purely because the cause of the delay is completely out of our control. We will work with you the best that we can to figure out a solution for the problem, but we won't refund item/shipping for delayed packages. A way around this is tracking, it lets both of us see where the packages have been and get them to you faster if there is an issue.

If you think your package is lost please contact us, this is an incredibly rare occurance, but we will work with you the best way we can to figure out a solution.

*********Once again International buyers please keep in mind our packages usually get to you in 14 business days but they can be delayed by as much as 3 months depending on if they are held up in customs!***********************
