Returns and exchanges
**Due to the nature of digital PDF patterns we do NOT issue refunds on patterns for any reason. If you are having problems downloading or receiving your pattern, please send us an email for help.**
Due to the unpredictable nature of hand-dyeing we do not guarantee matching skeins of any colorway. To reduce pooling/colorway irregularities we suggest knitting with alternating skeins on larger projects. We do not accept returns on yarns due to pooling issues once knit up.
We strive to photograph our yarns the best way possible to ensure that you can see the colors clearly. Due to variations from monitor to monitor, your colorway may no look exactly the same as on the screen of your computer.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of the date you received your yarn with your name, email and items purchased. Returned items will only be accepted if they are returned in the same manner as they were shipped. Items that have been wound into balls but NOT knit will be accepted for returns within the 5 day period, but will be assessed a 10% restocking fee. Please wait for the email back from us with directions for shipping the item to us. We do not refund the original shipping cost, nor do we pay for the return shipping. You should consider insuring your return, as we can only give you a refund for items that actually arrive back to us. As soon as we receive the item back, we will issue you a store credit for the amount returned less the original shipping costs and applicable restocking fees.
All instock items are shipped within 3 business days of purchase. Our standard shipping is by first class mail, but we will ship Priority as an upgrade. We highly suggest purchasing insurance as we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Custom dyed orders are shipped within 10-14 business days.
We accept Paypal, check and money order for payment of your purchases. Please contact us if you would like to pay with check/money order for an address to send them to. Items will not be shipped until check/money orders are cleared. If payment is not received within 14 days, items will be restocked.
