Illustrated Prints to spread black girl magic and love around the world
Growing up, I've always loved designing. Whether my preferred canvas was paper or the hallway walls (one wall drawing is still going strong from my pre-school days). I loved to draw and I was determined to design a space that I could call my own creative outlet.
Today, this stands true and goes beyond my imagination. It all began in 2012 with a dream birthed from a lack of representation. Illustrated Melanin was created, through illustration, to showcase Our Melanin. Our Luster. Our Black Girl Magic. As you peruse throughout the different platforms where my work is available, keep in mind someone who could use these products to remind them of their shine. Now, gift away! I hope to bring a little piece of what I love to you. I love art in all forms! It's all around us.

Custom and personalized orders
There are times where I may accept custom orders. In this case, please send a separate message through a Custom Listing. If there is no custom listing option available, it means I am not taking any custom orders at this time.
Sizing details
All dimensions will be noted under the listing so you know what size paper you will need to have for printing. Illustrations are high resolution vector images and will be able to print on most large format sizes.
There is a logo/signature on the artwork, can I remove it?
No. All illustrations are mine and are NOT for resale, distribution, or commercial use. The Illustrated Melanin logo or signature is designated to show original ownership and should not be removed. Thanks!
Will I receive a physical item?
No. As of now, these illustrations are available for digital downloads only. If you would like to purchase a framed print, please visit my Society6 shop where more options are available. www.society6.com/elisamichelledesigns
What type of paper should I use for printing?
This is totally up to you! You can print on cardstock, newsprint, poster, etc. These illustrations are meant to be versatile and fit into whatever your style may be.
What's included in the download?
Inside your melanin-stained download you will find (5-6) JPGs. The JPG is to ensure high quality printing for any size listed. All illustrations are copyright protected and not for redistribution or resale.
