About Illustre Mayon

Hello, I'm Marion, or Mayon!

I live in France, with my boyfriend, our sweet baby girl and two cats.

The Illustre Mayon adventure started in May of 2020 with the first lockdown. I have always loved drawing, and creating in general but with work and less time, I kind of forgot about my passion.

With the pandemic, I suddenly had all this time to use, and started drawing again. I bought an iPad and became obsessed with drawing on procreate, I drew about 10 hours a day, everyday.
I started sharing what I do on instagram and was super happy (and surprised) by the feedback. Some of you were actually interested by my illustrations and were asking if they could buy my art, so I opened my Etsy Shop and later, my own website.
I mostly sell art prints, but also postcards, bookmarks and stickers (those are only available on my website).

Eventually, I quit my day job in September of 2021, which was just as scary as it was exciting. I now get to wake up everyday and do what I love, which I am SO grateful about. So thank you for making this possible <3
