Jewellery that tells a story.

I've always loved making things: cakes, patchwork cushions, knitted cats, decoupaged furniture. I started to make jewellery for myself and others as a teenager. Eight years ago, I moved with my young family to Bath, a beautiful small city in the West of England. Famed for its elegant Georgian architecture, Bath also has a vibrant creative community - and I was inspired to take up jewellery-making again.

Etsy has enabled me to connect with customers all over the world, whilst being at home for my children; growing my business alongside my family.

At the heart of Honey Willow is personalisation: quality jewellery handmade for each individual customer. We love creating jewellery with meaning, reminding the wearer of her loved ones, or significant events such as a birthday, an anniversary or wedding.

Lost packages:
If your package is not delivered within 25 days from dispatch, then it is considered lost - and in this case we will refund or replace your item.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you change your mind, please request your order cancellation within 24 hours, otherwise we will not be able to offer you a full refund.

We make jewellery to order and we put a lot of time into every single order. Therefore, we can only offer refunds and exchanges if we have made a mistake on your order.

If there is a problem with your item, please contact us with a photograph upon receipt of the item.

No returns will be accepted unless you have contacted us first to discuss.

In the rare event of a broken chain, we can only offer a replacement up to three months from the date of purchase. Again, please email with a photograph.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to:
+ select the correct length for bracelets and necklaces
+ to leave us the correct spelling for name necklaces
+ to put the correct address on your order.

Chain and semi-precious gemstones:
We use natural stones, which may include tiny marks and freckles - part of their natural charm and character.
We constantly strive to use the best quality components and occasionally, our stock changes. Chain and semi-precious gemstones may not always be of the exact type used in the pictures.

For multiple birthstone necklaces, we will choose stones that complement each other, but they may not all be exactly the same size and shape as each other.

We love what we do and we treat our customers with courtesy and care. If we feel that this is not being reciprocated, then we reserve the right to decline a sale.

Can you gift-wrap my jewellery?

We present Honey Willow jewellery in kraft boxes, tied with ribbon, ready for giving.

How do I care for my jewellery?

All metals, including precious metals, can tarnish and oxidise over time. Metals can be dulled or darkened by some perfumes, skin lotions and by the oils in skin.

Try to remove your jewellery before swimming and bathing, avoid chlorine and harsh chemicals and clean it from time to time with a soft polishing cloth, or warm soapy water. When not being worn, it's best stored in an airtight bag, or wrapped in a soft cloth.

If you are ordering your jewellery well in advance of giving, please remove it from the gift box and store it in an airtight bag, to keep it looking its best for presenting.

Can I include a personalised note inside the gift box?

Yes, we would be happy to include a personalised note inside the gift box. Please let us know the name of the recipient and your short message, in the 'note to seller' at the checkout - and we will include it for you.

Is this necklace available with a different birthstone?

Yes! Please leave us a message in the 'note to seller' at the checkout, with the birthstone or birth-month you require.

Where do I leave the names I would like stamped on the necklace?

Please let us know the names/words/dates you would like us to stamp on the necklace, in the 'note to seller' at the checkout. Please note that we are not able to stamp names on all our ring necklaces, only the name necklaces with thicker rings.

Can you guarantee an arrival date for my jewellery?

I'm sorry, but the shipping process is out of our control and we cannot guarantee an arrival date for the jewellery that we send through the post. We will always let you know if we don't think your jewellery will arrive by the date you need it for.

Where is my package?

We send all jewellery with tracking. You can access your tracking number in the 'purchases' section of your Etsy account. You can use this tracking number on the website for the mail service in your home country (i.e. USPS in United States) to get more information about exactly where your package is. If your package hasn't moved for a few days and you would like more information, please contact the mail service of your home country. Unfortunately, we cannot give you any more information than that which is shown on the tracking.

What is gold-fill?

Gold-fill is 14k gold which is bonded to a base metal, so unlike gold-plated, it's long-lasting and good for allergies.

I need my order urgently

It takes us a week to make orders. If you need your order urgently, please select 'priority making', so that your order goes into our priority queue. We do our best to dispatch orders from our priority queue in under a week.
