Your order will be sent out on average within 1- 2 days of ordering.

Estimated Express and standard shipping and delivery times:
USA: Express: 4-6 business days / Standard: 10-15 business days
Canada: Express: 4-6 business days / Standard 15-20 business days
Europe: Express: 6-8 business days / Standard 20-25 business days
Rest of the World: Express: 6-8 business days / standard 20-30 business days
Be prepared for delays during Christmas and other major holidays.
Currently our orders are estimated to take no extra business days to fulfill.
International shipping:
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
Order never arrived:
If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

Returns policy
Damaged items:
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week's time!
Wrong size / color:
If you're unhappy with the size or color you've received, first check that the size / color stated on the garment matches the size stated on the Etsy listing. Though rare, it's possible that the wrong item was sent.
Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.

5 out of 5 starsI was really shocked at how thick it was. Its so soft and feels so warm. I like it way better than the one i got in mexico. Its very good quality. The only thing i didnt like was the shipping it took almost a month for me to get it. But other than that i loved it.

5 out of 5 starsLove it. Was a replacement for one I bought in Cabo and it’s perfect, I haven’t taken it off. Would order from this seller again definitely! Just be aware it takes awhile in the US for it to get through customs, and I had to sign for it. Worth the wait!
