-We accept Paypal as payment.

- We usually wait 2 days for a payment after your order is submitted. If payment is not received within that time the order is canceled and reported to etsy.

-If you need more time to pay, please contact us before you place an order - We usually do not mind waiting a bit, as long as we know what's going on!
- We ship orders same or next day as the payment is received. Orders placed over the weekend, ship on Monday morning.

- Please do let us know if there are any shipping concerns or special requests concerning your package.

- We ship to the address given with your Etsy order. If you need us to ship to a different address than the one you check out with please contact us before you place your order.

- All orders are mailed in bubble mailers, or recycled boxes. If you prefer not to have your item shipped in recycled packaging, just let us know in a convo.

- All orders are sent First Class if under 14 ounces, and Priority Mail for heavier packages. We ship all packages with USPS delivery confirmation within the United States.

- We will send a message to your Etsy account after we ship your item. If you need tracking information, please let us know!

- Shipping within the USA is typically 2 to 4 business days depending on your location. All orders ship from Nebraska.

- We happily ship to international countries! Please consider insurance though when ordering outside the United States. We can not track or refund packages going out of the United States without additional shipping fees.

-We are able to upgrade orders to Express Mail, UPS and even Fedex if necessary. Feel free to ask for these services and we can send you a revised invoice.

- Sometimes shipping comes out to be less than expected! We will refund all extra postage over 1.00 through Paypal.

- We strongly suggest requesting insurance for your orders. It is only 1.10 for domestic and 2.10 for international orders. This covers package loss up to $100!
Refunds and Exchanges
-We try very hard to find and inform you about any flaws in our items. All vintage have been worn and loved. Some small/minor flaws may go unnoticed.

- Please be aware of the refund policy for our shop before ordering in case something happens to go wrong. Packages do occasionally get lost in the mail - most arrive safely, but every now and then the post office does goof up.

- Please be sure to measure for a proper fit before you buy. We try our best to provide good measurements for everything we list, if you need more measurements than we have provided, please ask before placing an order.

- If an item absolutely does not work for you, you are welcome to return it for store credit, as long as you are willing to send the item back. We want everyone to be happy with what they order!

- If a return is accepted, the item must be returned in good condition (no tears, odors, dirt,or funky stuff) before we can issue a refund or store credit. Please be aware that shipping is non-refundable.

- Please consider adding shipping insurance, to your order if you have any concerns about your package arriving safely and on time.

- Orders purchased during sales (discounted,and free shipping) are refundable only for shop credit.
