Made to order beach painting! All I need to do is add the chair, paint the back, sign it, seal it and add the saw tooth hangers and it will be all ready to go!
Really loving how this one is turning out. I may have to keep it for myself! I will have this available to customize with a monogram and you can order it as wall art or a lazy Susan! Available soon!
This is how my work starts out... as a drawing!

About

Wood is my canvas.

Growing up I would always make sure to grab the Sunday paper and get the comics. I loved to draw the cartoons by looking at them. I remember my very first drawing I was so proud of. In my Senior year of High School I decided to drop concert band (I played the flute for 9 years) and pick up an art class. I did so well and loved it so much I ended up getting my degree in fine arts and majored in fine arts in college.

I was best at drawing portraits and oil paintings. I was featured in the college magazine for my works and several websites. I am always looking for new art forms to try. Wooden signs are one of those things that has always been in the back of my mind. I never knew where to start. I asked myself questions like "What kind of wood should I use? How would I protect them from the elements? What kind of paint should I use? How the heck do you use a electric saw?! I don't want to lose my hand on that thing!" Luckily I married a very handyman who was so nice to show me many things about woodworking. (minus the painting and artsy stuff). So now I am able to do all the work on my own! I do everything from using the table saw, jigsaw and sander to the painting and sealing of each piece. I love the fact that one day I can paint a beautiful landscape on an old ugly piece of wood and another day paint a meaningful quote and make it look like an old rustic beauty!

I am inspired by books, art, and my garden. I make signs that hang in your garden and home. Whether it's a sign for your kitchen, beach house, man cave or bedroom. I've got you covered! I Love custom orders so don't be a stranger! Send me a "convo" with your ideas!

Frequently asked questions

What if my order is damaged?

I will need a photo of the damaged packaging and damaged item if you would like a replacement or refund. You will need to report the damaged item with photos no later than 3 days after delivery.

What if there are missing items from my order?

Notify me within 3 days of delivery. I take photos of all my orders in their packaging before I ship to ensure nothing is missing.

What if I accidentally gave the wrong address and it has already shipped?

It happens. We move and never change the address on our Paypal account or just have our brain on autopilot and type in the wrong address due to habit. Contact me as soon as you notice the error. Usually (hopefully) the box gets sent back to me and then you will have to pay for shipping again to the correct address.
