Conditions of Return
If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of receipt to arrange an exchange or refund. If your order is returned within 30 days of delivery in perfect condition - still in any packaging - then I will provide a refund. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders, digital downloads or items on sale.

Payment
I accept payment by Paypal or debit/credit card, as well as Etsy gift card. I do not accept e-cheques.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order please let me know as soon as possible. Once your order has been posted then a refund is only possible once the item/s have been returned to me in saleable condition. Please note that personalised orders (such as custom portraits) cannot be cancelled once the production process has started.

Shipping Information

UK Delivery
UK delivery is by Royal Mail First Class service, which aims to deliver to UK in 1-3 working days. However, please note that this is an estimated delivery time and cannot be guaranteed (especially at busy times such as Christmas).

International Delivery
International delivery is by Royal Mail International Standard service, which aims to deliver to Europe in 3 to 5 working days and to the rest of the world in 6 to 7 working days. However, please note that these are estimated delivery times and cannot be guaranteed (especially at busy times such as Christmas).

Shipping Notification
I always send a notification to advise when I have posted your order.

Delivery Queries
Sometimes things do go wrong with delivery which are out of my control. If you have not received your item within 10 working days (UK) of me posting it then please get in touch. For international deliveries please allow 25 working days.

Unpacking Your Items
Please take care when unpacking your order not to use sharp objects to avoid potential damage to you items.

Customs and Import Taxes
Any customs charges incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer, and it is the customer's responsibility to check any relevant customs charges, tax or duty, which may be payable in their own country before placing an order. I cannot be responsible for delays due to customs.

EU customers please note that from 1st July 2021, for orders to the EU of goods totalling below €150, Etsy will collect the VAT at checkout. For orders to the EU above €150, the customer will be required to pay VAT to the delivery service when the goods are imported or delivered, and a courier handling fee plus a customs charge (which varies depending on the country and the product).

Shipping Address
As a buyer you are responsible for making sure your shipping address is correct. If you notice a mistake please contact me as soon as possible.

Postal Strikes and Holidays
Please be aware of any postal strikes and national holidays - I'm afraid I can't be held responsible for any delays as a result of this.

Custom Papercut Portraits
While I base my colour choices on the original photos provided, my palette is limited to paper options available and exact colour matches aren't always possible.

At Imagine Attic we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our customers. We don’t sell, rent or trade data with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. In this privacy policy, we are providing detailed information about when and why your personal information is collected, how it is used and how it is kept secure.

We will only use your contact information:
- To communicate with you about your order
- To fulfil your order
- For legal reasons (like paying taxes)

When someone places an order with Imagine Attic, a digital receipt is saved for tax return purposes. Order receipts contain a shipping name and address and are kept for at least 6 years before being securely deleted.

When someone visits Imagine Attic on Etsy a third party service, Google Analytics, is used to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Designs for custom portrait commissions will be kept on file indefinitely in case a previous customer wants to reorder a copy.

You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold. Email your request to shop owner Nicola McGovern and data will be deleted or anonymised within 1 month of the request.
