* Bags are refundable within 30 days from your order date. There will be a $15 re-stocking fee per box that is returned. I will refund the bags as soon as I receive them - please send tracking number so we can look out for them!

* The bags do not come with bows or gift tags, they are plain bags. The photos are meant to show ideas for different occasions.
* We recently added gift tags to our shop, make sure you check them out - they are adorable!
* We also sell pre-cut ribbon in several colors, please contact us if you would like to purchase ribbon as we are still working on that listing. We do not make bows though, they don't hold up well during transit.
* We ship 3 days a week. If you order arrives by 8 pm the day before shipping day, it will go out the next day.
* We have listings for single bags, 5-packs, 10-packs and 50-packs. The single bag listing is meant for smaller orders. If you would like to order 50 bags, do not add 50 bags from the single listing or five 10-packs. You want to make sure you buy your bags from the 50-pack listing.
* Our bags have a thin lining inside which makes them easy to clean, however, the lining will melt with high heat. A little heat from an iron is ok.
* If you are planning to personalize them with iron-on vinyl and are having trouble getting the vinyl to stick, you can try using sealant and then press.
* Jute bags don't like water, please keep them out of the rain, pool water, ocean water and close containers well to avoid spills.
* We have a listing for samples on our shop. If you have the luxury of time, we suggest you order samples if you are between sizes. Also, don't gauge the size of the bags based on the photos - make sure you look at the actual measurements. You can also send us a note if you are unsure or between two sizes and we would be happy to guide you.

We're using these for our welcome bags for our destination wedding in Hawaii and they fit with the theme/vibe we are going for, plus they are reusable so less plastic to consider! They are the perfect size for the goodies we have planned, not too big, not too small. Overall very happy with this purchase and would recommend to others.

5 out of 5 starsThese bags are perfect - well made, good size, nice quality, and arrived quickly. I'm using them for welcome bags for out-of-town guests at a wedding, and the small size easily fits two water bottles, snacks, and just-in-case supplies. Really really happy with them! :)
