Welcome to Imogen's Garden! all our items are handmade by me except as otherwise noted. some items are made by my children who are also artists and who receive all profits from their own sales.
Dolls are one of a kind and an absolute joy to make! Custom orders are offered a few times per year.
Patterns are protected under U.S. Copyright and are filled with the Copyright office. questions? please contact me.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
exchanges and alterations are negotiable if the item can be returned in the condition it was received. shipping costs will not be refunded.

i prefer Paypal. if you have a different payment need, please contact me. i will do my best to accommodate you.

payment is due before your item ships.
Shipping
your items will ship USPS Priority within the United States. outside the U.S., items often ship First Class (it's usually faster...go figure). i can add insurance if you desire. orders of $100 or more will be insured automatically.


Finished art and items ready to go will ship within 3 business days of purchase. Custom dolls and commissions will be shipped as soon as they are completed. if you have any questions, please contact us. you are never, ever a bother.
