Jewelry with a Purpose
Wow how did I get here? Most people are shocked to hear I left my 10 year career as a Pediatric Emergency Room Nurse at Stanford to run this business. So let's go back to how it started...
I opened my shop during the maternity leave of my second pregnancy. I don't sit still well and baby was taking her sweet time, so I needed a hobby. My birthday was coming up so I told my husband instead of a gift I wanted to buy myself supplies to make jewelry. October 6th, 2014 ImprintedMemories.etsy.com (my main shop) was born, and a few days later it was followed by a second beautiful little girl. My girls are now 7 & 9 ❤️.
Since then, my little hobby has grown to a full time business allowing me to retire from my nursing career in 2020. How lucky am I to get to do this full time?!
I know how precious life truly is and I hope I can make you a meaningful piece of jewelry to keep the thought of your loved ones close.
I can guarantee the difference between my business and the next, is me. I am a perfectionist by nature and quality, durability and customer service are incredibly important to me. If you are ever not 100% satisfied with a purchase, please contact me, I am always here with a quick response and happy to help! Chain Guarantee & Replacement Policy
All chains are guaranteed for 1 year, with a lifetime discounted replacement!
These chains are very strong and durable, but sometimes the unexpected happens and that is OKAY!
If your chain breaks:
- Send me a message with picture proof of broken chain
- Within 90 days of your purchase date, I will send you out a new chain promptly.
- Within 1 year of your purchase date, your order has now been closed by etsy so a new listing will be created and for just the cost of shipping and $1 in etsy fees, the original dainty chain will be replaced.
*limit 1 per customer
- Lifetime, I will provide you with a custom listing for a new chain at 50% the cost.
*Only the original purchasers account may request the guarantee/replacement.
Postal Delay/Lost Item
For items which experience postal delays, and are subsequently lost, a replacement will be shipped once and item has stopped tracking for 21 days for domestic orders and 8 weeks for international orders. The postal service is very overwhelmed due to COVID- 19.
I can not be responsible for any item once marked "delivered" per tracking. Please make sure you have a safe location available for items to be delivered and contact your local post office.
