Frequently asked questions
Who pays for VAT, customs, or duties that may be imposed on my package outside of the US?
It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to pay for those fees. Such fees are imposed by the buyer's country. Unfortunately, I have no control over that.
Do all your graphics come in SVG file formats?
Most do. Unfortunately, SVGs don't work the same as bitmap files (jpg, png). Some of my oldest listings don't have SVGs because I was new at designing such graphics at the time and didn't create SVGs for those. Some graphics are just too intricate and/or have too many color shades. Turning complicated graphics into SVGs won't work.
Custom and personalized orders
More than likely, the graphic is too complicated in design and color to open properly as an SVG in Cricut. PNG file formats work best in this situation.
