100% negative experience. n nReceived my order damaged because the seller did not package it carefully. n nShe put my item, a 7.5" x 7.5" cardstock papercutting in a much larger envelope with no cardboard inside to keep it flat and safe during transit. It arrived bent and wrinkled. n nI contacted her to discuss the situation and requested a refund. My message read, "I received my package today. The cardstock is bent and damaged. There was no protection for the cardstock to keep it flat and from bending in the envelope - it was placed in there loose. It is now of no use to me, as I will not be able to display it in a frame as you had shown in the listing. I would like a full refund. Please advise. Thank you." n nShe did not respond. n nI escalated the issue to a Paypal claim and was told that "As stated in our User Agreement, the claims process only applies to the shipment of goods. It does not apply to complaints about the attributes or quality of goods received. Therefore, we are unable to reverse this transaction or issue a refund." n nSo, I have lost $10 on this transacation which I was looking forward to giving as a Christmas gift. n nWhat a disappointing experience with this seller. It stinks to lose the money and it stinks to be ignored! n n
