These items are just part of the whole creative process, for I believe that the process is completed by the ones who enjoy the result, so please look around and have fun! I'm also glad to make custom pieces if you're inspired and want to make a request. I'm always adding new items, so please come visit again!

About

Oh my gosh, I'm in Etsy!??

I've been puttering around with pottery and watercolors for years, selling at a few local galleries and occasional commissions. "Go sell on Etsy" people would say. New enterprises are scary and overwhelming for me and I'm not naturally a business woman, so it took awhile!

Let's see: for the first 6 months, I just checked it out, then took another few weeks to register the shop. It sat there, empty. I read all the Etsy start up information. Took photos. Read some more. Enrolled computerart-savvy son who helped create the banner. Finally, 10 months later I took a deep breath, and listed my first items. I was in business!!

What a pleasure to complete the connection from the creation of the art to the ones who will enjoy it. Etsy makes that connection possible, and I think of you, wondering who will be the next connection, and what will touch you. It's been a steep learning curve for this non-business minded, fairly computer-illiterate artist, but well worth it.

In the process, I've discovered great programs set up for us shop owners and been blessed by the wonderful Etsy community. Special thanks to my husband, 2 sons, and God (who helped me write all the essays, inspires the art and blesses the sales!).
