Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
Please purchase seriously.

On demand we return your money for the purchase if it's still in ready-for-sale condition. We return money as well in case the parcel hasn't arrived yet but you have already changed your mind. ATTENTION! In this case you will have to pay for the transportation to your address and back (please, appreciate our time and money spent on the shipping).

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it's packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way. All goods will be inspected on return.

A parcel is considered to be lost after 6 weeks since the day of sending. In this case we return you the full price of the order and shipping.

Customized products are not eligible for full refunds.

If you have ordered a wrong size of a product, we can exchange it only if it is still in its ready-to-sale condition and it was not personalised. In case it was personalised you can only get 25% refund.

Some personalised products such as cordholders, key holders, card holders, business card holders, small wallets, phone cases, cord organizers, pencil cases, glasesses cases, travel beauty bags, dopp kits are NOT eligible for refund.
Personalized backpacks are eligible for 15% refund.

Please, before ordering this or that product, check its sizes and their correspondence to the sizes of your electronic devices. If you are not sure about the size, you can get all the necessary information via conversations.
Payment
We accept PayPal payment and Other method.
Your items will be made and shipped only after the payment is cleared.

If you've chosen Other method, we'll send you an invoice through the email (please don't forget to provide us your email) and you can pay it by your debit or credit card.
*Some countries don't have an ability to use this payment method.

Shipping

You'll receive the note from Etsy once your order has been shipped.

Shipping method:

All packages are sent via International registered airmail.
Tracking number, delivery confirmation and insurance are already included.
Singnature is required upon delivery.
Please send us a message if you want to use courier shipping method.

Terms & Delivery time:

Depending on your location, delivery usually takes from 2 to 6 weeks. Although we always send the orders as soon as it is possible, please, understand that delivery may take longer time than expected due to postal and customs delays that we are not responsible of and cannot influence.

Please double-check the VAT and other taxes you must pay for goods ordered online. Our shop is not responsible for any additional charges that may arise for dealing with your country's customs service.

If you want to buy an item you liked in some other size, contact us and most probably we will be able to make it for you. If you order a personalized item, please keep in touch, we will send you a draft to approve so that you had an idea how your personalized item will approximately look like.
