If you are unhappy with the item you have received a refund will be given upon return of the item. The price of the item will be refunded but not the shipping charges. If it was simply just something you weren't looking for but see something else you like, an exchange may be done with additional shipping charges.

If there is any concern about the item you have received, notification must be given within the first 7 days after the item was received and we will work it out.

Paypal or cashiers check are accepted for payment. Personal checks may be accepted by request but do take 7-10 to clear, delaying shipping time.

You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:

You can choose the PayPal option during checkout. After submitting your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card without having to sign up for a PayPal account.

All items are shipped after payment is cleared. Which ever way you choose to pay from the above options is totally up to you, some will just take longer for your purchase to get to you.

After an item is purchased and paid for (payment must be cleared), I will ship the item that day or next day. I try to get items out as quickly as possible.

All items are shipped first class USPS in a padded envelope. The item will be on an appropriate card, handmade from recycled materials.

Give wrapping is available upon request for no extra charge, just make sure you make the request at time of purchase.

Insurance or rush delivery is available with a small extra fee, contact me for more information.
