My specialty is one of a kind knitted hand knitted items. I knit every piece myself, striving to make each garment and accessory the finest it can be by constructing each piece with thorough attention to detail and quality.
I design for comfort and style, using a vast array of natural and luxury yarns from around the world.
I use my own original designs in the majority of my items and we do not produce exact duplicates.
Whenever I use other designer's idea the due credit is given.

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
If you would like to cancel your order for any reason whatsoever, please convo me within 6 hours after purchase. If you contact me later you item might be already shipped to you.

If returning the items buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Payment
Sometimes it is difficult to correctly estimate shipping charges, especially if you buy more that one item. I will refund your overpayment for shipping when it exceeds $1.00 without you asking me for that.
Shipping
All packages will be sent by USPS Priority Mail, 2-3 day service (delivery time changes during rush periods), No additional handling charges. Tracking is standard, insurance is optional and can be added upon request.

Please note, that the buyer is responsible for any and all custom fees, dues, and taxes imposed on the foreign transactions by his/her country.
