Custom orders & designs welcome. All our products are all made by us, we do not use third party manufacturers or drop shippers. Bulk order (12 or more items) discounts available upon request. All our items are shipped from our shop in Pennsylvania or South Carolina, depending on item and time of year.

SENDING IMAGE(s)
Send your photo(s) through Etsy Messenger - Contact shop owner. If you are logged into your Etsy account, your message will be linked with your order. If you checked out as a guest, Etsy does not always link your message with your order, so we may ask you to send your photo through the messenger again :)
SHIPPING and PROCESSING time
Processing time is the time we need to prepare an order for shipping. For details, see individual items.
Shipping times are standard mailing times dependent on carrier method (1st class or priority mail). Please be aware that the PO does not guarantee delivery times for 1st class and priority mail. Deliver times for these services are based on postal service estimates and do not guarantee actual arrival dates.
Shipping upgrades (Priority or FedEx) do not move your order ahead of others, it is a shipping (mailing method) upgrade.
Shipping location: We often travel between Pennsylvania and South Carolina; your order may ship out from either location depending on the item.

Every item is made to order * item process to ship times can & will vary often during holidays and busy times, see individual listing for details. Please see each listing for processing times as they do change during busy times.
IMPORTANT NOTE - Priority Shipping is a shipping method it does not get your order made quicker. If you need a RUSH order, email us before placing the order. Please be aware we are not responsible for carrier delays, once we hand over your package to the postal carrier it is out of our control on how long it takes to arrive. We only use USPS at this time.

Initially, the card I received had several image errors on the front and back however after speaking with the seller/owner it was quickly resolved. The customer service was responsive, exceptional, and very understanding. The card once received was perfect and extremely meaningful to honor our great loss. It very much met our expectations.
