The customer provided an incomplete address (missed apt #) and contacted me to advise me that his order was being returned because of this. He requested that I send another and he would pay me just the postage. However, I noted that he needed to reorder. I told him once I had his 1st order back I would refund (less shipping). He didn't want to go that route; he believed he should just pay shipping. He's never seen the keychain, he gave 3 stars because I would not correct his mistake at my cost.
