5 out of 5 starsThe Pom Pom was nice, thank you! My only gripe was the hardware was that really really yellow gold, I actually ended up taking it off and putting a new keychain on, but the Pom Pom itself was beautiful. Thank you!

Please note, Jane is in the UK and if she checked her tracking she would see her order is currently in Europe and on her way to her. I cannot control the speed of shipments either here in Canada, nor in Europe. With COVID and Christmas, shipping is slower all over the world.

When notifying the owner, I was told it was not her problem and to contact USPS which I understand but a friend of mine stated a woman she bought a keychain said she'd send her a new one if she didn't received it. I just wish I couldn't had one sent.

The buyer's item was delivered and USPS when Brandi went to them, pulled up the GPS coordinates and it was delivered to her home. I have no problem, resending out a replacement or refunding, if the item was lost in transit. I am a small business and cannot refund items that say they were delivered by tracking and GPS coordinates.
