INBAR SHAHAK is a jewelry designer with prior background as a textile designer and takes her inspiration from ancient lace and crochet patterns which are translated into stunning pieces that can be worn as every-day pleasures or special occasions.

My shipping method is international registered Airmail service. It should normally take around14 business days to arrive, but please note that occasionally delivery may take a few more days. If you wish, I can use EMS expedited shipping services for an extra 25$ . It should take up to 4 business days.
For shipping in Israel- I ship with regular mail service unless otherwise required.
I can ship to a third party if you wish your item to be a gift. Please let me know.
All jewelry comes in a pretty gift box, carefully shipped in a bubble wrap mailer
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original, unworn condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund within 28 days. For the safety of all our customers, we do not accept returns of earrings unless faulty. If you should receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within seven days. We will not process claims for goods received as faulty after this period of time.
To arrange a return, or if the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please email inbarsb [!at] gmail.com quoting your name and address, details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
If you are returning an item to us for a refund or an exchange then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error or is faulty (providing we are notified of faults within 7 days of receipt).
All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing and be in an unworn condition. We will not refund goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show obvious signs of abuse. Goods that are returned to us without their original packaging will be refunded less a deduction of 10%. Goods that show obvious signs of wear or abuse will be returned to the buyer at their own cost.
In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method that you paid within 28 days of receipt of the return.
