Below are my general guidelines for returns and exchanges, but please contact me if there is any problem with your order BEFORE leaving feedback. I am happy to work with you towards a solution!

Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery date (according to tracking info), and I must receive the item back within 14 days of the delivery date in order to issue a refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Sorry, no returns on SALE items or International orders.

PACKAGING: All of my necklaces and earrings come carefully packaged in a padded bubble-wrapped envelop.
On occasion, I will re-use bubble-wrapped envelops in an attempt to be more environmentally friendly. If you prefer that I use a brand new envelop, please let me know in the "message to seller" section at checkout.

SHIPPING: I do my very best to ship within 3 business days so that your items arrive in a timely matter! I ship USPS First Class mail with delivery confirmation for Domestic (U.S.) orders, but if you have a special request, please message me and I will adjust shipping charges accordingly. Please note: shipping costs are inclusive of postage as well as packaging materials.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: If you live outside the U.S. and would like to purchase from my shop, please message me for shipping cost. Due to international mail prohibitions/restrictions on jewelry, only limited shipping is available. Most of my jewelry is "costume jewelry", unless otherwise noted (i.e. sterling silver, 14k gold, crystal, freshwater pearl, etc.).

All of my items are made in my smoke-free home.
