Welcome to Indian Summers, selling handmade beaded jewellery.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
All jewellery is sold as seen. I will only consider refunds in exceptional circumstances - please contact me for more information. However, I do hope that you will be very happy with your purchase!
Payment is through Paypal. Please pay as soon as you make your purchase. If no payment has been received within five days, I reserve the right to cancel your purchase and relist the item, so please do not expect me to chase you up about this! Thank you.
I only ship items once payment has been received, and will endeavor to send the item within two days of payment. If this is not likely to be possible due to my work schedule, then I will contact you to let you know.

All items are packaged in handmade gift boxes.

Delivery is by first class post. If you would like me to send your purchase by recorded delivery or any other postal service, then please convo me and I will be happy to let you know the prices for this. Insurance can also be arranged but at cost to the buyer - please convo me if you are thinking of buying something and would like to arrange this.

I always retain proof of posting for every item.
Additional policies and FAQs
If there is something in my shop that you like but would prefer in another colour, please let me know as I would be happy to custom make something to suit you, and many of the beads I use are available in different colours.

A lot of the beads I use are painted and this means that there will often be minor discrepancies from bead to bead. I think this adds to their charm - but please be aware of this before ordering.
