My name is Gaby and I have been selling on Etsy since 2006 when I was fired from my day job due to a "reduction of personal".
India, my daughter, was 1 year old, I was a single mom and I needed to support my family. So I started my shop here with the hope to make it successful, but, in the meantime, I found a job like a kindergarten teacher. So I was a teacher during the day and, when India was sleeping, I used to sit down on my first work bench (a small wood table) to create my first pieces.
Little by little, with so much effort and much more trust in what I was doing, my shop begun to grow and, finally, in early 2009 I was able to quit my day job to become a full time Etsy seller!! My dream, finally, came true: to be at home with my little girl making what I love was priceless!
I was doing so great selling here that, for the first time of my life, I was able to purchase a small piece of land in the countryside. It was 2009.
For each person, "success", have a different meaning. For me, being success on Etsy was, and still is, "to be able to earn money doing what I love and be able to save some of that money".
I was successful till September 2013 but, suddenly and with no reason, my sales on Etsy begun to drop. I have been trying to figure out what was going on and I hardly believe that all the changes and new guidelines that Etsy has implemented are not helping handmade artisans like me. So, if have read till here and you decide to purchase from my shop because you are looking for handmade pieces, I would like to tell you that I'm in charge of everything on this shop. I purchase my wire and metal from a supplier in Buenos Aires, then I cut, solder, sand, pierce, polish my pieces one by one. I package them and go to the postal office!!

Lola, the golden retriver, is sweet and loving and she is always placing her face on our laps to be caressed. We found Bianca on the street in june 2012, she was abandoned and we adopted her. She is delightfully wild and we love them a lot!

→ AS MOST OF MY PIECES ARE MADE TO ORDER, AND DELIVERY OCCURS AROUND 2 TO 3 WEEKS AFTER PAYMENT, AND AS I AM IN ARGENTINA, YOU SHOULD EXPECT ALMOST 1 MONTH AND A HALF FOR YOUR PACKAGE TO ARRIVE.
FORTUNATELY, SOMETIMES, DELIVERIES ONLY TAKE 7 DAYS, IF YOU ARE LUCKY, YOU WILL NOT GOINT TO WAIT SO LONG... BUT WE NEVER KNOWS...

→ AUSTRALIA- EUROPE - ASIA: packages to these places are taking more than usual as there are no direct flights. They are taken around 2 months to arrive and it's completely normal!

Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
♥In the cases where we decide that the item you have bought must be returned for an exchange, the original piece must be returned unworn and in perfect condition. I require delivery confirmation and the new item will be shipped once the original one arrives to my place safe and sound. In this case we can discuss and decide who should pay the shipping fees.
♥If we decide that the best solution is a refund, it will take place once the original piece arrives to my place safe and sound. I require delivery confirmation. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
♥ In both cases mentioned above (exchanges and refunds) the new item or the refund will not take place if the original item is lost, damaged in transit or doesn't have a tracking number or delivery confirmation.
♥ Refunds could be from 100% to 30% from the listed price, according to each specific situation.
♥All my pieces have measurements on their descriptions and detailed pictures, also I'm in the process to add the weight of them, so, If you have bought an item and, once you receive it, you think it's too big or too small, or you don’t feel comfortable wearing it, be aware that you're responsible for this (please, if you have any question about my pieces, contact me before your purchase), and, although I'm open to find a solution to your unsatisfaction, all mentioned above, in this point, will be considered for my final decision.
♥I do not accept returns or refunds on Custom Orders (earrings, rings, bracelets or necklaces)
♥Have in mind that exchanges and refunds are not available when you purchase an item that is ON SALE.

Shipping
I ship my orders by air through Correo Argentino (http://www.correoargentino.com.ar/precios/pre-i-po.php ) after I'm notified of your payment and takes around 10 to 25 days to arrive AND IT'S COMPLETELY NORMAL. Please feel free to check the rates there.
I use the " pequenos paquetes certificados" because I have the chance to follow your purchase during the shipping (except while the package is on transit) and be notified when the buyer receive it.
