About the Owner
Hello, my name is Patricia. I'm originally from Virginia but currently living in the suburbs of Philadelphia, PA. I am the owner and designer behind Indigo Ember, LLC (formerly Tri~Elegance, LLC). I am a lover of home crafting and a dreamer. I have dabbled with various crafts since as a young child. I enjoy taking various elements and putting them together into my own unique piece of artwork. I believe my inspiration to create comes from my grandmother. When I was a young child, I enjoyed watching her in the kitchen baking/cooking her delicious delights (on a side note - enjoy cooking/baking as well). In addition, my grandmother decorated her home with various handmade crochet items such as pillow cases and afghans. I believe all this inspired me to create.

Returns and exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
In the unlikely event, the buyer is not pleased with the purchase, we are happy to exchange or refund according to our terms of service.

If you desire to modify your order, contact us via Etsy conversation within 24 hours of order placement.

Our products are commonly made to order. If you decide to cancel your order, please submit the request within 24 hours of purchase to receive a full refund and cancellation. If the cancellation request is beyond 24 hours of purchase, the cancellation will not be honored because the order is in-process.

The buyer has 7 business days to request a return on non-custom items upon delivery confirmation. Once the request is approved, the buyer has 14 days to return the product in its original condition after approval. The original shipping cost is not refundable. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return item. Please ensure to properly packaged the product to prevent damage while in transit and it's highly recommended to send the product using delivery tracking. Custom/personalized items cannot be returned.

Printables are ONLY refundable if no file has been downloaded.

While supplies are in stock, purchased items can be exchanged for a new design of your choice and of equal value. It's imperative to include a reason for the exchange so that we can better accommodate your expectations. The buyer has 7 business days to exchange the item upon delivery confirmation. Exchange items must be received in their original condition. Buyers will pay shipping costs for exchanges while Indigo Ember will pay the cost to ship the new purchase to the buyer.

Digital printable files are available to download after your payment has cleared and is confirmed by Etsy. Please go to "Purchases and Reviews" to download the file(s). Also, check the Download link in your email as well.
Payment is due at checkout.

It is not necessary to have a PayPal account in order to make a credit or debit card purchase.

Normal delivery items are shipped via USPS First Class and packaged to protect them from damage. If you desire faster shipping or a different carrier (USPS Priority, USPS Priority Express, FedEx or UPS), there is an additional cost. This rush transit service applies to the carrier delivery only, not to the shop's processing time. The shop's processing time can be viewed within each listing. U.S. customers only, below are typical USPS transit times:

First Class: 2 - 5 days
Priority Mail: 2 - 3 days
Priority Mail Express: 1 - 2 days

Indigo Ember cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to the postal services. We have no control of delivery/arrival times. This rest solely with USPS. Typically, USPS provides an Estimated Delivery time on their tracking website but please note this is not a guarantee it will arrive on that date.

For lost U.S. packages, we will work with you to help locate your package with USPS. This effort requires both the seller and buyer working together. If it is beyond 25 days, the package is considered lost. We will send a new package or refund the order. There are no refunds given for packages deemed as delivered by USPS but are claimed as lost or stolen by the buyer. We can work with the buyer to file lost/stolen claim with USPS and then the buyer can file lost/theft purchase with his/her credit card company.

For lost International packages, we will work with you to help locate your package by filing a claim with USPS who will then work with your country's mail service. This effort requires both the seller and buyer working together. There are no refunds given for International packages deemed as delivered by USPS and your country's mail carrier but are claimed as lost or stolen by the buyer. We recommend to file lost/stolen claim with your country's mail carrier and then file lost/theft purchase with your credit card company.

Refunds for non-custom orders will only be accepted if the item is received by Indigo Ember in its original condition.

If your package was damaged in transit, please contact us within 4 days of receipt and provide photos of the damaged product including all the packaging. This information is necessary for filing a claim with the Shipping carrier. We will work with you to file a claim. Depending on the situation, either a refund or a replacement of the damaged good will be provided.

Indigo Ember cannot be held responsible for mail theft after delivery. We will work with you to provide instructions on filing a mail theft report.

Please review your Etsy and/or Paypal address to ensure the address is correct. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect address information. Re-shipment may incur additional fees at the buyer's expense.

All U.S. purchases will ship with tracking and delivery confirmation information. Rush orders WILL NOT be accepted for high quantity orders (greater than 5). This is to ensure the highest quality of the product. For acceptable rush delivery orders, please contact for additional information. Indigo Ember is happy to accommodate when possible. Please note this will incur additional fees including shipping.

Etsy Payment purchases: If you desire to ship to another address, a signature confirmation may be required to ensure the package is delivered to the correct recipient.

The Ship By date provided on your Etsy order confirmation is an estimated Ship By date. Your order may ship on the exact date OR 1-2 days before or after the date. If you need your order by a specific date or have a question about when your order will ship, please contact us.

Indigo Ember is not responsible for custom and/or duty fees. In addition, transit times vary by the country. Please allow up to 25 days for your order to arrive.
Additional policies and FAQs
Indigo Ember welcomes custom requests of own work when available (not duplicating another seller's work and/or copyrighted items) . Customizing current items for sale may incur additional design fees, depending on the request.

If a custom listing is created, the buyer has between 24 - 72 hours to purchase the listing unless another agreement has been made. If the listing isn't purchased within the allotted timeframe, the listing will be deactivated.

Please note all purchased products will be branded with the company's logo/signature.
