MY MISSION? YOUR HAPPINESS…
I’ve always searched for small objects of great beauty and character. Old or new. They can be found in Mozambique and Madagascar or Montana and Mississippi. Objects that adorn a neck or a wrist or an earlobe. Objects that speak volumes about the woman who wears them. I know we all seek beauty and love. It’s the inner beauty that makes us shine outwardly. That’s the bottom line. Here, you will find it.

Additional policies and FAQs
Many of my beads are what I call “beads of character.” You’ll find centuries old African beads alongside vintage beads from the 30’s and 40’s in many of my creations. Not all are perfect. Some of these beads have traveled at least three continents and have graced numerous necks, wrists and ears. Small chips, corrosion and pitting are a normal part of their patina attesting to their age and use. Just like our wrinkles and creases make us colorful characters. Old or new, each of these beads…glass, clay or metal is a colorful character in its own right…ready to color your world.

Arican vulcanite heishi – also called disk beads or record heishi. Small black and multi-colored ones: great little disks from an early rubber called vulcanite.

Thai Silver Beads are handmade by the Hill Tribes indigenous to the Northwest mountains of Thailand. Thai silver is 99.5% to 99.9% fine silver – even finer than Sterling silver. Distinctive tribal patterns, passed down over generations, are now employed in new and modern ways. Antique silver look, rather than shiny. Mixes with older beads beautifully.

Silver Repoussee is a method of embossing a metal sheet (silver, copper, brass) by punching and hammering a design from the back, then polishing it in front with a chasing hammer, producing a three-dimensional bas-relief surface.

I’m happy to accept custom work.
