As all products are custom made, there are subject to be slight variations, even when two of the same item are ordered. There are always some variations in the fit and finish of iron pipe and therefore, the overall assembly may vary in size and appearance slightly. Also, items that include actual vintage and pre-owned components are intended to be unique and will always have variations even when two of a similar appearing item is ordered.
Custom and personalized orders
Custom options are available for many products. Email info@IndustrialDomestics.com or through the Etsy interface.
Certain unique items are also featured for sale in my local shop and while unlikely, there is a remote possibility that a local purchase could coincide with a purchase here. If that occurs you will of course receive a 100% refund. Items that are located in my local shop are noted in the listing. In some cases, I may be able to craft a similar item pending availability of the vintage components and will advise if this is an option.
All lighting products by Industrial Domestics are serial numbered and include a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser (bulbs not included in warranty). Contact Industrial Domestics at info@IndustrialDomestics.com for details.
