Bracket & Metal Décor Since 2017 – Proudly Made in the USA

Welcome to Industrial Farm Co.! We are so grateful that you have taken the time to visit our shop and learn more about us.

We are a husband and wife team, Tyler and Kristy, and we launched our Etsy shop in August 2017, followed soon after by our website in 2018, then our website in 2020, and now a second Etsy shop in March 2021 called Industrial Farm Barn. So we have been busy!

The keystone of our store is our handmade steel brackets, in every size and use imaginable. It’s hard to believe that we now offer over 150 products – not only our best-selling brackets, but other home décor products such as hooks, towel bars, blanket ladders and coat racks.

We run a full metal fabrication machine shop in upstate New York, using only locally sourced steel. As a team we can handle any type of custom steel order you might have. We love to bring your personal creations to light, and create gorgeous farmhouse-inspired and industrial style hardware and décor that you will enjoy for a lifetime.

Our growth has meant that we have been able to bring new talents and skill sets into the fold. Our small staff provides us with new ideas, helps with production and allows us to be able to really expand our brand.

At Industrial Farmhouse Co., we offer nothing less than perfection, and our goal will always be to exceed your expectations at every turn. We believe that every line, bend, and curve count. That’s why each piece is individually inspected before leaving our shop.

Although we continue to grow and expand, our priority will always be to offer products that are visually captivating with the quality and consistency our customers look forward to when they shop with us.

Be sure to visit our brand new Etsy shop, Industrial Farm Barn, where we are selling horse theme hooks, wall racks, barn pulls, and blanket ladders.

Thanks for visiting Industrial Farm Co.!

Frequently asked questions
I don't see a size listed for the brackets/corbels I want. Can you make a custom sizes?

Yes, please send the dimensions/details of what your looking for and we will customize your order.

If I send you the dimensions and design ideas of brackets I want, can you make them for me?

Yes, we will take your dimensions and design to make a sample. We will send you pictures to see if your happy with the sample and will move forward with your order!

What is the best way to mount our brackets?

We always recommend mounting our brackets into studs. Especially if you plan to put anything heavy on your shelves. If you can't hit a stud, you can use drywall anchors. However, in that case I would be careful on how much weight you put on the shelf.

*When mounting brackets with support bars, we suggest using a hex head screw and wrench to secure. You can put the screw into the bracket and walk it into the wall.

If you need any additional help, please reach out to us! We are happy to answer your questions.

Care instructions

Over time, most metal will oxidize or "rust". The rate at which this happens varies and depends on the environment and level of humidity.

Since our customers preferences varies, if you choose to leave the steel raw, we recommend using a dry scotch brite pad or steel wool to remove any visible "rust" as it occurs.

Some customers paint our products with rust protecting paint, like Rustoleum, or they use beeswax to coat the metal to help prevent "rusting".

We also offer clear coat as an option to help protect the metal before it leaves our shop!

Additional Return Info

If you are not satisfied, or have ordered the wrong size you may return the bracket(s) within 14 days of delivery for a partial refund equal to the total payment minus a restocking fee.

All returns and exchanges are subject to a restocking fee.

Restocking Fee:

For all returns of standard orders there is a 20% restocking fee.
For all returns of custom orders there is a 50% restocking fee.

Please include a completed return form with any return.

Failure to include the return form will result in your return not being accepted or refunded.

All refunds will be made after returned items are received. Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Please reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns!

Do you supply mounting hardware for your products?

Since we never know what material our clients are mounting our products on, we would hate to send out the wrong screw type/length needed.

We are happy to give you suggestions, however we always recommend consulting a professional installer if you are unsure how to mount them or if they are installed correctly.

Do you offer Military Discounts?

Thank you to all members of our military! We offer a 10% military discount for active duty, retired, veteran, and reservist personnel. Send us a message and we will give you a code to use!

Are the brackets sold in sets?

No, our brackets are not sold in sets, but we do expect that our clients will be purchasing more than one to support their shelf/mantel. Therefore any order that is for only one bracket must be confirmed that the client would only like one bracket within 3 days from the date of purchase or the order is subject to cancellation.

Where do I find the wood for my mantel?

We have a couple of great wood vendors that we work with that can help you out.
