    This is another favorite purchase from Industrial Safari. I have a collection of 8-10 oz cups/yunomi, and this one is a "stand out". It's exactly as pictured, the finishing work is wonderful, and the shipping was speedy.

    Quality craftsmanship and detail in this piece! Impressed also with the the foot & underside base of the mug which wasn’t shown in the pics- but the detail is super awesome. :) Nice tactile feel and smooth lip. A unique and welcome addition to my collection of handcrafted mugs & cups. Thanks also for the quick shipping- enjoying my morning coffee all the more this weekend with this great piece! 👍

I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations

Returns and exchange details
Care is taken to properly package my pottery (in recycled packaging) If an item is damaged in shipment please CONVO me within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will discuss reimbursement or replacement. I will not acccept claims for damage if they are not made within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping charges are difficult to calculate. I will refund shipping charges should my posting exceed the actual cost in excess of $1.00
Payment
I accept Direct Checkout via Etsy or large bags of cash (unmarked bills only) left at a pre-specified place. Direct Checkout via Etsy is the easier option.
Shipping
I ship 1-2 business days after receipt of an order. I ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Priority Mail is more expensive BUT you get your order in 2-3 business days which is nice. There is no "Free Shipping" from Industrial Safari. Shipping charges reflect Priority Mail prices and shipping over-charges are refunded of they are over $1.00. If you only want first class mail service then let me know via "Note to Seller" when placing your order.

I ship to the address you provide through Etsy. If you want it shipped elsewhere then make sure you provide that info in the "notes to seller" area.

If you are in the greater Salt Lake City area, please convo me and we can make other arrangements.
Additional policies and FAQs
I'm all about the environment so I use recycled boxes and packing material and I do not enclose packing lists in your box. You just toss those in the trash anyway, right? So if you need a packing list in your package, let me know in the "notes to seller" box on your order.
