Indyspire is a *For Purpose Small Business*; 10% from each purchase is donated to The World Resources Institute. Their mission is "to move human society to live in ways that protect Earth's environment and its capacity to provide for the needs and aspirations of current and future generations".

About the Jewelry:

Jewelry is an intimate way to adorn the body. It honors the wearer, be it as a symbolic display or an extension of personal character. Jewelry can tell stories of loved ones, of places, meaningful events, and affirmations.

Each piece of jewelry is as unique as the individual wearing it; designs are one of a kind, and/or are custom made to your specifications. Each cut, all texture, every patina, is done by hand. This ensures that no two pieces are exactly the same, slight variations will occur. Indyspire jewelry is made with love and intention to be given, worn, and loved by you.

All items are thoughtfully made in Indiana. Reclaimed and upcycled materials are integrated into each piece when available. Supplies are sourced from locally owned small businesses and through establishments with shared values for our planet.

Welcome to Indyspire! Each piece of jewelry in the shop is an original design created with love and intention in a smoke free-environment. All items are individually crafted by hand. No two items are exactly the same - tiny details and patinas vary - which is part of the allure of buying from the artist.

Rings are made to order in your custom size, therefore It is highly recommended to have your ring size measured by a professional jeweler before purchasing. This can be done for free at any jewelry store.

Jewelry may contain small parts and findings. It is intended to be worn by individuals over the age of 12.

Your items will arrive wrapped and ready for gifting. Perfect for giving...or receiving!

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
It is important that you are happy with your purchase. If something is not right, please reach out right away.

The items shown in the photos are the actual pieces that you will receive unless your item is made to order.

Full returns on unworn items in original condition and packaging are accepted within 10 days of receipt. Contact us and we will provide return mailing instructions. Return shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility. Purchase will be refunded once the returned item is in our possession.

If your item should arrive damaged, take photos and contact us immediately.

No returns are accepted on:

Items smelling of smoke or perfume.

Jewelry with custom text, personalized dates, any specially requested words, numbers, or names.

If there is an issue with sizing* on your made to order ring, please notify us immediately so that it may be corrected. Indyspire can help with resizing rings when notified of a sizing problem within 10 days of receipt.

*As stated in the shop policies - it is highly recommended to have your ring size determined by a jeweler before purchasing, and this can be done at any jewelry store for no cost.
Payment
Each payment method is secure:

PAYPAL: I accept PayPal for all purchases.

CREDIT CARD: Having your own PayPal account is not necessary; purchases can be made through PayPal with a personal credit card. At the end of checkout, you will be redirected to PayPal's login page. Click the link beneath the login section that states "pay with debit or credit card if you do not have a PayPal account". This allows you to pay with your credit card without logging in to an existing PayPal account.

DIRECT CHECKOUT: Purchases may be made directly through my shop with a credit card if you choose not to use Paypal.

Before placing your order, please confirm that the address listed in your Etsy profile is correct. This is the address to which I will be sending your purchased items.

Residents of Indiana are subject to 7% sales tax.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped within 3 days of payment clearing. Custom and made to order items do take time to create. Estimated shipping dates are provided on these special orders and I do communicate with customers through Etsy conversations. Please check regularly when corresponding with me!

All items arrive packaged and ready to give as gifts. When available, recycled packing materials in like-new condition will be used for shipping.

Packages are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

Please ensure that the address you provide is accurate and can accept parcels.

If your item should arrive damaged, take photos and contact us immediately.

Residents of the European Union will be subject to value-added tax (VAT) on parcels.

Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and can accept parcels. I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages after they leave my hands. If you are concerned about this and would like to order insurance, please contact me in advance to determine additional charges that apply.

**UNITED STATES ORDERS**
Items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Charges include shipping, handling, packaging and delivery confirmation. Residents of the US will receive their delivery confirmation number.

**INTERNATIONAL ORDERS**
I am happy to ship internationally! Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Also note that international customers are responsible for all customs fees, VAT, taxes and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries. Items cannot be declared as gifts on the customs form. Shipping can take 7-10 business days per the USPS website, depending on your country. However, packages may get held up in customs and delivery could take up to six weeks. Please consider this when placing an order.

Caring for your jewelry:

*Remove jewelry before engaging in water related activities. Do not wear in the ocean, swimming pool, hot tub or while bathing.
*Apply makeup, hair spray, cologne and perfume before putting on your jewelry.
*Do not store in direct sunlight or next to a heating source.
*Silver and copper will tarnish over time. Clean gently with a jewelry polishing cloth to retain the shine or let the jewelry darken for more character. Note that polishing cloths may alter the metal's color patina.
*Disinfect ear wires before wearing new earrings.
*Keep all leather and suede dry.
*Remove before exercising, participating in sports, or engaging in physical activities.
*Handle with care. Keep away from children and pets.
*Remove your jewelry before sleeping.
