I've ordered from Infected Books a few times. This is the first time through Etsy, and as usual, everything went smooth. Order arrived within 8 days to Virginia, which is pretty quick, in my opinion. I've been a fan of David for a while, but I haven't been disappointed yet. I'm looking forward to this read tonight.
